I was really excited when Susan Redmond called me back after I sent her my information from my previous policy and told me she cut my cost by over 30% (I don't know if I'm allowed to give exact amounts but it was a lot) ! She even explained my coverage that I had before and how there were certain things I wasn't covered for before that I didn't even know about and she was able to place them in my current coverage even with the lower premium I'm now paying.
