The only knock was filling out the forms. The front desk person was very nice but pointed me to sign the wrong line on the title, which she did addend and filled out the proper paperwork. She also put my old old address on the second form, forcing her to re-write the whole form. And finally, after being pulled over, she might have also put down the license plate incorrectly which I physically put on the front counter (will know for certain when the registration paperwork comes in). She had a lot of personal issues going on, but she was also very friendly and apologetic. So some points for putting on a good face.
