Not only did I get a large unexpected bill from the IRS for personal taxes owed, but my 2019 corporate taxes were never filed! My corporate monthly bookkeeping was never sent. I had to pay a C.P.A. to prepare everything over again and deal with the IRS! Vincent also handled my investments. I went here and my return was prepared by Ginger. Shortly after the return was filed, I had a question about the return and had to go back to have her complete an amended return. After a few weeks, I got a letter from the IRS indicating I owed MORE money. When I called them I learned Ginger was no longer there. I spoke to Michael Chase. He reviewed my documents and insisted everything was in order. I paid, the additional amount owed and then a few weeks later, another letter arrived indicating I owed more still. I contacted Mr Chase again and he suggested I get in contact with the IRS. I decided to consult a CPA who specializes in TAX who contacted the IRS. It turns out the amended return was never filed. Never any follow-up from Mr Chase, never an apology.
