We scheduled a meeting with them to discuss our company needs. We were not informed we would be charged a "consultation fee". After the meeting they sent us a bill for over $100. For some reason I decided, if they are going to do all of the work for our company, it's not a big deal. So I ended up choosing not to fight that battle and just paid it. Little did I know going forward they would be rude, disrespectful, belittling, and horrible with follow thru. Robert and Jolie were belittling and disrespectful. Jolie, upon hearing that we wanted to possibly discontinue service, told me that we weren't a priority and they didn't have time to help us because we were an annual client rather than a monthly. We were never offered any monthly service until that exact moment. My goal is to get a refund on the consultation fee that we were not informed about. I will gladly remove the review if I receive the fee back. So if you're reading this, they have yet to return the fee. read more
