I went to this store during my lunch break today. I usually go to the other Sapulpa store, but…read morethis one was closer at the time. The first thing I noticed was the shelves were needing to be stocked. No cinnamon gum whatsoever and lots of empty spaces. I chose something else and went to checkout where a young lady named Sydney met me. She never even made eye contact with me. She didn't speak at all until she mumbled the amount I owed. I ran my card and when I was done, she handing me a receipt and mumbled, "here ya go". I was very unimpressed and will stay with the other store from now on.

Not happy, sorriest cust service EVER! I begin getting calls that my mom's prescriptionS are ready…read more We live out of town, so we pick up at a later date. Religiously, when we get to window, we are told some prescriptons are ready,some are not! We are told to go to back of line! Why were we told they were ready? Obviously,Manager (or maybe Pharmasist ) are happy with the rude employees at window (same at the counter). NOW we have learned they close the pharmacy for lunch hour! Remember we are from out of town, which by time we get to Sapulpa, is around lunch hr. Yep! We believe employees deserve lunch hr! So, NOW we must twittle our thumbs till they get back (in extreme heat) ! (Now we set at window through lunch ( now we are hangry!) to find out we must go to back of line! When we finally return BACK to the window, THREE employees are standing IDLE at the window! Could they not stagger lunch for one employee, at left lane (like most caring businesses), closing counter,putting a cone at right pick up lane (maybe a large sign in right lane 'Right lane reopens after lunch'(nearer to parking lot). For Goodness sakes this a Pharmacy...... not a a flower shop, people are depending on their prescriptons.....Yes Walgreens keep prices lower, YET, come on, step up to the plate , give fair dependable cust. service!
