The biggest improvement would be answering the phone l. I had to call 14 times to get a question answered. One person answered but didn't know how to transfer. Called every dept including HR and nothing. Finally someone answered and said hello and set the phone down to have a conversation. I see why you have a 2,star rating. You have to really watch the checkout staff. They charge you for multiple items when you only have one on the belt. They are rough on flower bouquets. I have had multiple stems broken at checkout when they were not damaged before handing them to the staff. Tonight they only gave me a partial receipt. 71 out of 99 line items and the remainder were left off. When I called customer service, the only answer was to come back and get another receipt. I talked to the store manager, Lizzy, and was told I was being rude and shouting! I had her on my speaker so I could adjust the volume so I could hear her. I was not shouting. I am 73 years old, handicapped, hard of hearing, and living on a fixed income! I cannot afford to be driving around back and forth to this store wasting my expensive gas because the checker messed up my receipt. She should have looked at it and realized it was not complete! If anyone was not being understanding it was the manager! She needs to be coached to be a better listener and to respond with empathy! Very bad customer service for sure! There was open products and trash everywhere the floor looked disgusting products on the floor/damaged

I had a Walmart delivery driver from this Walmart back her car into a retaining wall at my house. I have had contact with 3 in store managers and a corporate liability manager. This still has not had this resolved in 3 months. Do not use their delivery service as I have also had a another delivery driver shatter a jar of spaghetti sauce on my driveway one evening, and not say anything. I did not find it until the next morning. read more

For pick up orders, this is absolute worst Walmart. No need to place a milk order because they consistently give you the one that expires in less than 24 hours. Also, no need to complain because it doesn't do any good. We will only do Reasor's. read more

This is my favorite Wal-Mart location. My family does our weekly grocery shopping here every Sunday, and I stop by 1-2x/week on my way home from work for the things we inevitably forget. Its well-stocked and usually very clean, and they actually do a decent job of opening up enough lanes to meet crowd demand most of the time. The only problem of note is that I've had bad experiences with some of their staff - one woman who hit on me multiple times despite me letting her know I was married, one older gentleman who made rude comments about my purchases, teenaged employees too busy talking to one another to do their jobs, etc. Could be worse, though. read more

This place is huge! One of the biggest & better Walmart super centers I've been to. It's in Glenpool, but for some reason it says Sapulpa? They're always fully stocked with everything, with a much larger selection to pick from compared to others and the store is always clean and tidy. I almost always find everything I come there for which is great! Saves me the trouble of having to come back or go somewhere else. This is how every Walmart should be run! Good job. read more

I like how this location is going green. They have skylights to minimize energy use for lighting the store. The lights on the freezer cases are on sensors so they go out if nobody walks by and when you walk by they all light up. They stock the shelves during the day with carts rather than pull out pallets (they still pull out pallets at night) They stopped carrying ammo after Obama pressured them (crony capitalism) so I removed one star. read more

One of the worst Walmarts I've ever been to. Yes, it is large and new but has the worst customer service! When I am spending my money someplace, I appreciate when the people helping me have a positive attitude and a smile on their face. Poor attitude has been the norm when I have happened to go into the store on numerous occasions. That won't happen anymore after this last experience. If you need good customer service, do yourself a favor and drive to Sapulpa, or even Okmulgee! There you get good service. Bypass this one! read more

A woman named Rayshall was very helpful while we were there. We could not find what we were looking for and asked another employee first to see if he could find the item. When he couldn't find it,a different employee came up to us and tried to find it but couldn't. Then, Rayshall came into the conversation and led us to where our item was located, but was not in stock. She asked her manager and looked in the back, but still could not find the item we were looking for. Even though she did not end up finding the item, her effort was better than we expected. She proved to us that she could do her job with the best of her ability with a good attitude, even if it was difficult. She showed incredible customer service. read more

This store is good, but never take your car here for any service from their auto department. I normally change my oil but didn't have the time and was way overdue for one. This location is a mile from my house as I thought I'd take it here and just get one to get it done. I've never had any problems with oil leaks on my car. When I picked it up, the guy tells me he noticed a hairline crack in my oil pan and that I should look at it before my next change as it will be a really slow leak. I thought this was odd as I've never had any leaking, even as I left the garage that morning. I take it home and then leave again after 2 hours and there's oil all over my garage!! I immediately take it back only to have the manager pull me back and show me the crack and explain that's the problem. He admits they use a torque wrench but magically can't explain how I've never had leaking prior to the change or how the crack magically runs right from the drain plug. He did give me a refund but wouldn't admit they over torqued it and cracked the pan. I had a pool of oil on my floor this morning and probably lost a quarter quart overnight. I took it to a honda dealer who tells me it most certainly could crack if over torqued. Unfortunately they had to order the part and I'm looking at $500!! Don't ever take your car to these people as they don't know what they're doing!! read more
