This is likely the person who drained my refund card and stolen a significant amount of money. At this time, I am convinced that your employee has been so negligent, perhaps criminally so, that I must refer this to the Winnipeg Police, the CRA and to any regulatory body that oversees your practice. There is no excuse for this gross incompetence and I will now be exposed to identity fraud for years. I will be contacting an attorney and filing a police report.
