I had no idea what to expect. We had an amazing time and left so relaxed. Emily G led the session and was incredible. I had no idea that just sound could give me the same level of relaxation as a massage or yoga session. But we all left feeling so cozy and relaxed. The space is beautiful and operates as a coworking space for holistic practitioners, which is a really great, unique idea. The space is beautiful and they plan to offer a lot of community opportunities. Other services they have there are massages, acupuncture, cupping and more. I would love to do yoga there if they ever offer it. They're right on East St, where street parking is free and easy to find. I'm excited to have Epicenter in the neighborhood and will definitely be back!
