She is on top of things and goes out of her way to make sure I have not only great physical care, but she always makes sure I fully understand everything and am emotionally where I need to be as well. Everybody in the office has always been fantastic with me, and my family is always in awe of the times she has taken time to check in on me during off hours etc or squeeze me in right away if something seems off. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Rabinovich and her staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

It's a beautiful fancy space but has 0 personality. I overheard one of the dr.'s apologizing to a girl for one of the staff members telling her the sex of her baby after she asked not to know. It was not like this 10+ years ago when I decided to have my children with this practice. I am going to look elsewhere for a Dr.

I didn't find out I was cancelled today until I got to the office, filled out all the paperwork and they came out and told me my doctor wasn't there and they would need to reschedule and the first appointment they have is a month from now... WHAT. Completely unacceptable and sadly this isn't the first time. I have had 2 children with this office but it seems like unless you are pregnant they just don't have time for your care anymore. But listen up, girls. This doctor was great. After a recent stint in the ER (if you wanna know what happens, you're going to have to read the review, wha whaaaa!) I was directed to Dr. Frankel. Her office staff was amazing and got me in just two days later. Anyone who's suffered the trauma of trying to get into a GYN appointment can vouch that that's pretty remarkable. Apparently there's like 14 doctors in the entire practice, but if they're anywhere as sensitive and knowledgeable as Dr. Frankel, then they get four stars, too. They take a wide variety of insurance and have a nice, big office with a TV that plays informercials reminding you to "eat right, exercise and avoid stress." Clearly they knew I was coming. Loved my nurse, and I loved the fact that they made me feel comfortable during a very uncomfortable time. Yes, I realize it may seem a little personal to review this particular experience here, but hey, this is what Yelp is all about. Plus, how often do I get to use the word "ladyparts" in one of my reviews? NEVER, that's how often. But now that I think about it, I may have to throw it in, every now and then, just to keep ya'll on your toes.

I feel quite comfortable with her and have only positive feedback to give about her. She is kind and compassionate. I will continue to see her. If she is not available, I also like Dr. Murphy very much. He is very gentle and deserves all of the same foregoing positive comments (as listed for Dr. Frankel) as well.

The office manager picks up and blatantly said, "well you left us a bad google review so we deactivated your account". for reference, read my Google review that details the nonsense I went through with this office.. Let me say the nurses and docs there are great! I was with this place for 11 years. But the front desk staff has always been sassy, - any time I have had to call the office twice in one day they are very obviously annoyed and blow you off. One year I had to get…read moreblood work three different times because they kept sending the wrong order to the lab, they change appointments dates and they don't give you the option of using a cancelled one. You have to call them every week to ask them if they have cancellations or not when they are the ones who cancelled -or forgot to add your appointment- on their calendar. The lack of communication and organization is staggering.
