This was a dream come true! I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and this was on my bucket list of things to do while visiting London. We got the package that includes transportation to the studio since it's not actually located in London, but 1-1.5 hours away. We originally had reservations for the 1:30 time slot but moved it to 9:30 instead. I recommend to get to the studio as early as you can to avoid the large crowds. If you get tickets via the warner bros Website they work directly with golden tours. On the day of we were running 5 mins behind. We emailed and asked if they would wait an extra 5 minutes and the response was they were leaving promptly at 9:30. Somehow we made it exactly at 9:30 and to our surprise there were 4 people in front of us still checking into the tour bus. Not sure what the rush was since we didn't leave until 9:45. Once you arrive to the studio you get a "passport" That you can stamp and cross off things hidden throughout the studio and other cool things. With golden tours you will spend four hours at the studio before you are picked up. Four hours to tour, shop, and eat in the cafe is not enough time! This is an all day event. The studio alone can take you four hours to explore. The gift shop is huge and the cafe food was actually good. Besides the issue with the tour bus, this was worth every penny!!! I cannot recommend this enough. The studio had everything you can imagine and more. Props, photo ops, shows, the ins and outs of the production work that went into the movies- from action scenes to pet trainers and so much more. This was such a cool experience! 10/10!!!

Only knocking a star because the butter beer isn't as good here as it is at the Universal Studios in California and Florida IMO, and we have to get it with a souvenir cup which I think contributes to the higher price. The tour was great, and the passport stamp book activity kept us busy looking for snitches and Cornish Pixies. Overall a good time! Loved their merch selection as well

My wife and I visited the Warner Bros Studio Tour during our vacation to London. We booked the bundle that included both the entry tickets and round trip transportation via bus from Central London. The whole experience was great! It was fascinating to see all the sets, props, and costumes on full display. There were also some pleasant surprises with special effects that you have to see for yourself! All in all, you definitely need at least 3 to be able to experience most of the exhibits and experiences at this tour. It's definitely more of an interactive museum rather than a "tour" since you are walking around the facility at your own pace. This is a must visit attraction if you're visiting London and at least a semi-enthusiastic Harry Potter fan.

My first time was on the Warner Bros. studio tour in London. This place is pretty much a child's and adults' dream that was inspired by the Harry Potter stories and movies. It gets super busy in the summer months so please book ahead of time to reserve the day that you would like to attend. This place is quite large and you can spend the whole day here! There is a place where you can also get food and drinks towards the end of the area. Plenty of photo places if you want to and I did see many lovely kids enjoying the time here with their families. There is also a store where you can buy merchandise like wand, clothing and random items for people that love Harry Potter!

An amazing place for Harry Potter fans. Definitely a place to visit and well worth it. I could have spent more time there, and will visit again.

An amazing place for any HP fan! It goes beyond the lore of HP to showcase how they made the movies magical. The rooms were amazing to walk through, and the staff were all so friendly. We booked breakfast at the great hall and it was a wonderful experience! Put on your house gear and experience the magic!! Note- there are NO tickets to be sold at the door, make all your ticket purchases ahead of time!

As an avid Harry Potter fan I was quite excited to do the studio tour while in London. We decided to book a tour which included a bus ride from London, but I accidentally booked the wrong day. The company was able to work with us thankfully and we rode the bus there. The studio tour was self guided (we got the headsets which were honestly a little confusing) but it was incredible to see the sets. My only complaint was that it was incredibly crowded and hard to really appreciate or see anything. They had some live performances that we couldn't even watch due to the crowds, but I do enjoy it. We actually ended up ubering back to London which worked well for us!

As a hard core Harry Potter fan I am easy to please with HP stuff but also had super high expectations for the studio. It is super easy to get to from London. If you take in the train a HP bus picks you right up from the station in Watford. As soon as you step of the bus and see the giant wands and wizard chess pieces out front you are in HP Heaven. Every single thing was wonderful. Make sure to stop and get some butterbeer at the halfway point and don't skip on the photo ops outside in the car and motorbike. There is a giant gift store of course. In addition to being a huge HP fan I am also a huge afternoon tea fan so of course I could not pass up the chance to have afternoon tea a the studio. It was much better than I expected. All the food items were delicious and the service was fantastic.

Wonderful experience for any Harry Potter Fan. This is a huge facility that encompasses every aspect in the making of the Harry Potter universe! It was so much fun and at the same time so overwhelming (in a good way). I only wish I booked two days to really take my time here and try different experiences especially with the amount to food selections. Book early! I booked my tickets at least 3-4 months in advance and there were still experiences such as Hogwarts breakfast and dinner that were already sold out! Big shout out to Joey who took very good care of us during our afternoon tea! He was caring and made our experience extra special!

A must for Harry Potter fans! I am not a Harry Potter fan, but found the tour to be interesting. The tour consists of sets, costumes, designs, background, and fun facts from the making of all the Harry Potter movies. There are no rides, but some of the exhibits are interactive. Leave at least 3 hours to go through the studio. Some people spend even more time there. We went through quickly and it still took 3 hours. Tickets sell out quickly! As soon as you know you want to go, get tickets. You will be assigned a time. It is easy to get there on your own from London via train and free shuttle bus. If regular tickets are sold out, you can buy packages from approved vendors. Our package consisted of a coach bus ride from London and a ticket. At the studio, there are cafeterias at the entrance and halfway through. The food was actually pretty good! Husband said the wings were fantastic and I enjoyed the pea soup. If you are interested in going, recommend getting tickets as soon as you book your flight to London.

Excellent service in advance preparing for our trip. With government evidence, entrance is free for the disabled, which is a big savings. Also we did not have to wait in line for the bus shuttle or at the venue even though we were a bit early for our tickets. From London we took the tube to a train to a shuttle bus (obviously we got on the wrong train on the way back...). It's a lot to remember so do ask for help. The experience itself is wonderful! Go early and in off season to avoid crowds. There is so much to see, hear, smell and interesting g to hear stories told about how various special effects came to be.

Ok, so there is A TON to see! I would highly suggest arriving early in the day, then having tea at hogwarts (reserve in advance) as a nice lunch break and then continuing the tour. We stopped right before the forbidden forest... would suggest going after to make it more of a halfway point... and the amazing staff escorted us to tea, just grab anyone and they will bypass the studio and shortcut you to tea. The food was delicious and such a fun treat. It was nice to rest and enjoy for an hour before continuing on. I would seriously suggest 8 hours here if you are an adult and a fan. So much to see and the time flies!

Tour: Such an amazing tour and experience, first word that comes to mind is magical. I love seeing all of the original Harry Potter set and props. I especially loved seeing all the real special effects and the demonstrations they had showing off the effects and cgi. Seeing all the hard work of the set designers, architects, engineers, actors, and more is really on display it's truly amazing. I think this is a one of a kind experience and I think this will make the Harry Potter legacy last a life time, go check it out! Food: I got the chicken sandwich with frozen butter beer. The butter beer tasted sour and like a coca-cola slurpee from 7/11. I thought it tasted different from others I've had, such as in Universal Studios. So heads up it may taste more sour and a bit different here. I enjoyed the chicken burger it was very good with the sauce it had on it kind of like an a thousand islands sauce. I thought the chicken was a bit small for the bun because a lot of bites I didn't get any chicken in. The fries were as good as they could have been, nice and tasty with the ketchup, perfect with the chicken sandwich. The burger was OK. The fries tasted very salty and good. The vegan wrap was delicious. I don't know what was in it. I was originally worried it was a bit small but the side of fries filled me up. For the butter beer I think the frozen type is very good, but just make sure that you give it a good mix. Make sure the foam Mixes in with the bottom layer before drinking. My mother ordered a vegan salad and it was very good and the price was very good. Also, the butter beer ice cream was very delicious. I recommend it over the butter beer drink. This experience was so fun and amazing I recommend it if you're in London and you're a Potter head just be sure to book the tickets months in advance, cheers!

He also let me know that the time was changing the night before our tour, which was very useful information as the hotel did not mention anything about a time change and we were not aware of it. David is very knowledgeable and shares a lot of information while driving to each destination. We learned about not only the sites we were set to see but also about the buildings, statues and areas that we passed along the way. We started our day at Hampton Court. David provided us with tips on how to make the most of our time there. We were able to explore on our own and then he picked us up for our lunch break. David had reservations already made for us at a cute restaurant on the river. We ate inside the restaurant and David stayed outside and was ready to go when we were done. The food and service there was excellent. We then continued to Windsor Castle. We were able to take all the time we wanted touring the castle and then shopped around the town afterwards. When we were ready, I simply sent David a text and he was there and ready to go in 5 minutes. We had a pleasant drive back to our hotel with great conversation. Ask him anything about the area and he will be able to answer with confidence. David is also knowledgeable regarding accessibility at the sites. My mom needed to use a cane that day and David was very patient and assisted her with getting in and out of the van. Additionally, we asked David about local markets to visit the next day and he provided us with information on several different ones. We went with the market he recommended and my mom had a blast walking around and shopping. Bottom line, we had a great time, we appreciated his service, and we would definitely book with David again.

He is a friendly guy, and we were immediately put at ease. He showed us a couple places around Oxford to get our bearings and then off we went! Blenheim Castle was our first stop. It was jam packed that day because of a car show, but it was an added bonus to see all the vintage Rolls, Ferraris, and a lot of other cars. Gorgeous vehicles! The castle itself is stunning, and the Churchill memorabilia is very interesting. Graham knew all the stories behind the estate, and pointed out the things of interest. We also took a short walk around the grounds because it was a beautiful day. Then he took us to some nearby village for lunch. Best meal of the whole vacay! Afterwards, we drove to the Cotswolds and walked amongst the thatched houses. From there, he took us to another village where we got some candy and then we headed for home. He was very amenable to our schedule, very easy going, and knows the area well. We had such an enjoyable day letting him do all the driving. I highly recommend this tour!

We read the reviews and understood we were going to need some patience. The problem with many reviews were the meeting instructions (via TripAdvisor) so we went to the Baker Street location a day early to scout it out. We could not find signage for Golden Tours. We did see a Harry Potter bus dropping off a group and assumed (wrongly) that the spot was also the meeting spot. Actually they do have a location (store front) near the Baker street stop. It is not on Baler Street. If you come out of the tube and turn away from the wax museum, you will find their store from down the next block. That is the meeting spot point for tours! Very important thing to know and find -- because you have to meet there to get your tickets beforehand. We missed our bus time despite arriving 45 minutes early. The staff was less than kind about this part of the trip and made no apologies for the lack of directions. They gave us headphones but there was no movie on our bus. We had set our expectations low for our son, due to the reviews so we didn't mind -- but there were some disappointed families near us. The bus was clean enough but no WiFi and the phone charges didn't work on most seats. The driver for this portion of our trip was great and very helpful given that he had to help us find someone on site to get our Entry tickets. Despite the set backs, we finally had tickets in hand and enjoyed the studio tour from here on out on our own. The trip back was easy enough but this bus driver was less friendly and at one point was screaming at another driver along a busy street in London. We actually found it comical and thought it added to the busy city feel, but I could see how many guests would find this very unsettling. All in all, it is OK if this is the way you can get entry tickets to something on your must see list, but if you have options - I'd try another company.

There was no direction or distraction to go upper beck or lower. When I arrived to the top, it was already full. I know everyone there did not pay for upper deck, because they just let everyone up on a first come first serve basis. When we confronted the guides, they refused to check everyone's ticket. We did not get the experience we paid for, and there is an up charge to sit on the upper deck. Also, the driver clearly did not know the route! The guide kept telling him he's going the wrong way and we were stuck in traffic in the wrong place most of the time. The driver made an illegal u-turn, that put the everyone in danger. The driver did this twice, and there was clearly conflict between the guide and driver. Would not recommend this company. They did not try to rectify the situation, did not honor those that paid for their spot, and overall not enjoyable with the conflict with driver and guide. Update *** they offered me a 25% refund, which is a very low compensation for what I paid for. What makes this company even more of a scam, they are asking via email for my bank account and routing number for the refund. I told them I do not feel comfortable and just refund to the card I purchased the tickets with. THEY ARE A SCAM. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
