Not only was Tom prompt in his response (replied to my inquiry within 2 hours), but the quote for the work performed (installation of a ceiling fan, vanity light fixture, and security light) was far more reasonable than any other handyman in the area, and completely fair. The day following our introductions, Tom arrived at my home on time and went right to work on each project, sequentially ensuring that all work and satisfaction was achieved before moving on to the next task. The final task (ceiling fan) proved to be quite a challenge based on the previous wiring, and instead of shying away from the work or readjusting the quote because he spent more time to readjust the wiring and fix the mounting issue with the fan, Tom diligently worked well beyond expectation to finalize the project and remained true to the quote. I've known other people in the past to adjust their quoted price if they run into a challenge, but Tom worked with integrity and focus and again, remained steadfast to his original quote.
