He said he had no idea where to put any of the parts because he did not work on that. He called the office to tell them that he did not feel right charging me for their service fee because he did not do nothing for me. Instead of having it up maybe I would have paid half. He said the office said because it was a service fee that he did no service for that. They would still have to charge me $119. I paid it. Little guy was up front. He did not lie to me or try to fix something he did not know how to do. He was a very nice young man and I had dealt with him before when he had worked at another heating and Air Business. I want them to know that they are very looking to have someone work for them. That's like that that is very truthful and that has a conscience for charging someone for a service that they didn't even do so. I was still charged for the quoted work, over the work that actually happened. When we contacted the company they told us they don't charge by the hour but have a price for the job. The problem with that is the estimated issue was different from the final issue, so the price should have reflected the change in work.
