Tested positive for COVID and received nothing from Jennifer Davis, PA, to help with the symptoms. I called back hour and a half later to the urgent care to see if I could get Paxlovid, bc she prescribed no medications to help with the symptoms and I was told too bad. Just take vitamin B, C and Zinc. And if your head is about to explode, take Tylenol and wait it out. I wish her the worst symptoms of COVID every day this year and beyond. Horrible PA. I mean, if this place were a restaurant they'd be closed for lunch because "It gets really busy then." The rudest front office staff I have ever dealt with. Utterly incompetent and unhelpful. Left before seeing a doctor

They seem so laid back here and not in a good way. I went in for having diarrhea for a week and not being able to eat anything without making my stomach hurt and setting off bowel movement. Once I got placed in my exam room my nurse did the normal first thing questioning before the doctor saw me. Then my doctor came in (not even in scrubs). She asked the questions for a second time and then did a feel around on my belly. She told me she would send someone in to get a nurse to get a stool sample bag together and then I would go get an Xray. Then a very uninterested nurse came in and I got handed a poop collection bag for getting a at home sample and wasn't told how to do it nor did the paper inside tell me how. Then the nurse told me to go to radiology for a xray and walked out so I followed him assuming he was directing me there and he goes "do you know where radiology is?" And I was like no???? Then I go down get the xray and when I'm done down there the lady asked if I needed to go back up to wait for my results and I was like "I have no idea they didn't tell me" so she told me to go up just to be sure. When I got back upstairs I was confused where I was and some nurse stopped me and I was like idk what I'm doing and she told me to go back to my room where I started and I would wait for my xray results... i found myself to my room and waited with the door wide open while I listened to the staff talk about some really good chips and someone crunching ultra loud on them... when my doctor came back in she said my xray didn't show any obstructions but def confirmed i was very constipated. which I told her was randomly. So she was About to walk out and I told her I needed to be explained how to do the sample and she just said the paper inside explained how.. I read it while waiting for her and it did not. So she had me empty everything in the bag and explained what to do. I went home and got the stool sample came back in the same night and the front desk nurse had someone come to the front and get it. The same uninterested nurse came up and grabbed the bag and didn't say anything to me. So I stopped him before he went back and asked how long I had to wait for the results. He said 1-2 days. I waited the 2 days called and they said it wasn't ready. I called again 2 days later and found out that my stool sample wasn't even tested because it was formed stool (constipated)... this seemed weird since my doctor knew I was constipated so I looked it up and all stool can be tested. I've now been 10 days with diarrhea and no medication has been prescribed to me. This was a horrible first experience there and I will not be going back unless I absolutely have no other choice. read more

Went there 4 hours before close and they wouldn't let me in saying they are to full, when I saw the people in front me get right in. Pure laziness if you ask me. This is what's wrong with the health care system, they have people working there that don't give a damn about you. Just the money. What a beautiful clinic! What a professional, clean setting this is! The nurses are so nice and so professional, the rooms are great. Problem for me was the doctors. I saw Dr. Davis on July 15, 2019 with two issues with back pain and leg swelling. She cleared me to continue traveling, said something like "sometimes this just happens"*** even though it was really odd to me that my entire leg was numb from my hip to my foot. She just sent me on my way with a steroid pack.Told me to wear compression socks. ***diagnosed later as a HERNIATED DISC & Sciatica by another DR****** For my job, I went perform the same duties I had performed that sent me into urgent care before. This time however I was so hurt that I can no longer sit or stand or walk or lay down without discomfort, And I mean like pain level eight or nine right. So I went back in to give them another chance. Everyone was nice again until I got to the waiting room. I sat in that waiting room for 40 minutes and no one ever came to see me. And when I say sat, I didn't mean I could sit. I basically was laying across the bench with my legs dangling down on the ground because it was the only comfortable position I could find because sitting, laying, and standing is excruciating. Finally I left to go to the emergency room. The nurses were shocked that no one had been into see me. I left half crippled limped out to my car where I can barely drive and I'm on my way to better care whatever I need to do but it isn't at the warren clinic. read more

Garbage on exam room floor and everything covered in dust. More importantly the paramedic named Robert M. Has a shocking attitude. I watched him verbally abuse multiple elderly people, I came here on 9/19 with my mother and I have never seen a supposed medical professional behave in such a rude and hostile manner. He yelled at my mother for asking what her temperature was. As well as being dismissive and having a general air of aggression. At one point my mother, who is elderly and disabled needed to use her asthma inhaler and he yelled at her for taking down her mask to do it "especially while was in the room" I get it, but it was just for a second and she was choking and needed the inhaler. The fact that he acted hostile and disgusted was the problem. Honestly if you can't stand being around the elderly you should not be working in the medical industry. I also watched him yell at an elderly man in the waiting room for not hearing his name the first time, it was loud and crowded as they were over booked. Also witnessed a young mother in tears begging for care for her infant after she had been waiting for hours constantly being told it was her turn next. Please do better, your patients deserve a safe and sanitary place to seek medical care. read more

I'm searching for a way to help change the approach of this urgent care. The culture! The front desk at urgent care -just like the regular care that I have experienced is rude, slow and aloof at best. Today with only one other person on the board-I waited 20 minutes to check in by a woman that needed me to face her front she told me. Cold-without any compassion she took my information. I assured her everything is the same-because I just saw my primary there recently. She reminded me that they always check for changes-no problem but the attitude was cold and indifferent. We get called to urgent care and the EMT running this bed barks out my last name as he steps out the door. We are seated right outside the door-no reason to shout out a last name. A friendly "are you next" would have been great. Then we see a PA about the jaw I have that has suddenly swollen twice it's size. After very little interaction she tells us-"Sorry-I don't know what it is-can't help you!" At this point I look at my wife and say we have wasted our time-Google was better information. Suddenly she realizes I am pissed and says wait-let me get the doctor. Finally after waiting again the doc tells me it's probably a blocked saliva duct. Again-what I surmised from Google. Doc was ok but what a fucking train wreck. Do better Warren Clonic-do better. Find people that care. Shake up the front desk-they are awful with NO people skills whatsoever!!! Help!! read more

Came at 9am and was told I would have to schedule an appointment to be seen for Urgent Care. The next available was 12:15pm, so I got on the schedule and arrived 5-10 min early for my appointment. It's now over an hour since I arrived, only TWO patients have been called back since I've gotten here, and the front desk says there are still FIVE others in front of me. Why make me schedule an appointment to show up and wait several hours? This should have been disclosed at the time of making the appointment that my actual appointment time would actually just be the "show up and wait a few hours" time. I feel deceived. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the check-in lady was friendly. read more

The Springer is part of the Warren clinic network and right accords the street from St Francis. It's a big complex, going beyond urgent care, housing a lab, radiology center, endocrinology, and other services. I go there at least once a quarter to see a specialist. The building itself is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and most of the time service is really quick, even if there is a line. They have WiFi too, which is good because the lab is on the basement floor where phone service is really inhibited. read more

We made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. The lobby was full of people. It took an hour and 35 minutes to be seen. I don't think making an appointment helped us in this situation. The facility was clean, the staff was busy, I wouldn't say overly friendly but I'd describe them as on task. The waiting room had masks and hand sanitizer in several spots in consideration of the flu. We spoke with the doctor for maybe 3 minutes. Pretty standard experience. read more

She listened to me, actually tried to figure out where my symptoms might be coming from, and apologized on behalf of the doctors (from another clinic) id dealt with prior. My wife brought me in after I fell off a ladder and landed on my face. I saw the doctor immediately and they did a CT scan of my skull. They found multiple skull fractures and called an ambulance to take me to a hospital. We were very pleased with the doctor and nurses at Warren Clinic. read more
