Kenny was the buyers agent for my 84 year old mom in a recent transaction. He demonstrated a…read morecomplete lack of knowledge about the way to complete the sale, completed the agreement of purchase and sale on the wrong form (twice), insisted that my mom could not back out of the deal without being in breach of contract, only to admit two days later that the contract was null and void and had to be re-done. He refused to take accountability or responsibility for his mistakes, blaming everything on "the lawyers" and claiming it was up to them to deal with the fallout. He was condescending, belligerent and rude during phone, email and in-person interactions. He put my mother through a month of uncertainty, stress and anxiety, not knowing whether the deal was actually going to proceed or not. When the deal finally closed and he was asked whether he would offer up a portion of his commission to help cover the thousands of dollars in lawyers fees incurred dealing with his errors, he started yelling, accused us of being "greedy", shouted that he never wanted to hear from us again and hung up the phone. I've been involved in several real estate transactions recently for myself and my family and this has been a complete departure from what I'm accustomed to with real estate agents. I'm utterly shocked and disgusted by the lack of professionalism, lack of respect and ugly behaviour shown by Kenny throughout this ordeal.
