I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I purchased two shirts back in February of 2023 and another in December of 2023. I gave the owner the benefit of the doubt because I had ordered several other shirts previously that had an extended manufacturing time but once I realized that one of my orders, the February order, was approaching the two-year mark, I started to contact them to no avail - only receiving a canned email response about a "death in the family". Once I saw that their Facebook presence and their primary URL were both wiped - I knew I lost nearly $70 in my hard-earned dollars. read more

I've ordered several shirts and hoodies, stickers ect. And very happy with my clothing. But, my last order was last year, several shirts. I keep getting the run around. Now I can't get ahold of them. Google says their still in business. Not sure what to think right now. They did take my money with no problem. I think if they can't complete the order they should reimburse me my money. Let me start out by saying that I used to love this company and their t-shirts. I had several of them and loved the designs, and they were comfortable to wear. However, about 2-3 years ago it all started going south. Orders started showing up later and later. For a guy who is proud to be a veteran, he sure is a damn crook. I'm still waiting on 4 t-shirts, a couple of them I've been waiting well over a year on. The first two times I inquired about them I was told they were a small operation and having trouble getting certain t-shirts in but were working hard on fulfilling orders. I can understand that. However, when I inquired about my t-shirts a few months later, my email bounced back to me. When I checked their website, it was shut down. Their social media accounts, shut down. Their phone number? No such number exists anymore. So, I did a little investigating, and for some unknown reason, it turns out this company doesn't exist anymore. No warning, no attempt to get past orders fulfilled, just gone like a fart in the wind. Apparently, this has happened to a few hundred (or thousand?) of us. He just took everyone's money, didn't fulfill any orders, didn't offer to refund anyone's money, and left. Someone needs to seriously suit this guy. I'd love to talk to this guy face-to-face and find out why. He should be forced to read the hundreds of negative comments he's gotten. read more

I've been waiting since early last September. Had some email contact with them a couple months ago. They told me two of the three were ready but they were waiting to ship all three together. They asked if I wanted the two shipped I replied yes, that would be great. I've received nothing and no reply email. But I get entry of spam emails from 'em.. I have 10 unfulfilled orders with this business. They were still emailing ads as recent as October 2nd. The business has apparently closed shop within the last 2 weeks or so, without notice or warning. They took down all of their social media sites and web page, emails are returned with "domain name not found", phone number doesn't work. I am filing a consumer complaint with the Pennsylvania state attorney general's office today. I recommend all others impacted do the same. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. None of them should ever be in business again. Their business plan was simple, scam the people, take their money, close down the business. I should have known from their disclaimer that they decided to keep collecting money from orders but definitely stopped distributing the paid orders. It's a shame too because they started well, we got a couple of items for my son, a hoodie and a t-shirt. He still wears them. 2023 they stopped caring and started robbing their customers. DONT DO IT. I have ordered from them before (pre pandemic) and it took about 2 months to get two shirts. Lured in by the graphics even though I knew about the reviews and "delays" I ordered two more. I gave up after 4 months and requested a refund which was granted. You will see social media posts with new designs when there are orders from months ago still pending. The weekly dry erase board production updates never listed my shirts. Buyer beware of "supply issues" and "two man shop" issues for the past several years. read more

I should have gone online and looked at reviews for this company but the shirts looked legit and I thought I was supporting a good cause. I ordered a t-shirt back in April (five months ago as of this review) and still have not received it. I looked on their site and saw a spreadsheet of anticipated printing and shipping dates. The shirt I ordered was not one of the dozens listed on the spreadsheet. Two weeks ago I sent an email to the company asking if they had an idea of a ship date. I have yet to receive my shirt. I received a USPS tracking number on June 26, 2021 but it's only a label and not yet in the system. There goes my $54 off the drain. No way for me to dispute now as it has been more 6 months. I don't even know where to start with this review other than this company threatens its customers if they ask about their orders or are upset that shirts are taking "too long". I ordered 2 Mandalorian shirts on 09/19/2020 for my wife and I. Here we are 7 months later and I can't get a return email for more than 2 months. I have also moved and want to make sure the shirts come to the right address. That email has gone unanswered. I just get automated replied about those shirts they are working on. I have read through every Warrior Report on what shirts are in production and my shirts have just disappeared from that list. The Warrior Report stopped at the beginning of the year too so...... That is the only time they did reply to my email about my shirts too. I got a very kind email on January 13th of this year telling me that they were working on back orders. Since then, nothing. So I guess the $50 I spent is gone. I get presales. I get I gotta wait. I really do but 7+ months really is kind of a joke. Having ordered from them numerous times in the past, I love the quality of their work and the shirts are usually very durable. However, I placed an order on February 22 of this year and hadn't received any work on the shipment. I reached out on June 26 and was told there was a delay in production. Ok, reasonable I thought, but up on Sept 8, 2023 and have not received a response. But I still see them adding new items to their production rosters almost daily. At some point this is theft, you take money, you are expected to produce a product in a timely and reasonable manner. However, if you take money and don't provide the service or product you have committed theft. I will give them 30 more days to produce the product and then I will investigate my legal options. Since I cannot give this company a ZERO star rating (which it actually deserves), they will get a 1 star rating. I placed 2 orders in December 2022 for 4 shirts (3 in one order, 1 in the other). In July 2023, I reached out about my order and was told one shirt was made, but the others were still waiting for production. I was told due to supply chain shortage, this is why the shirts were taking too long to be made. If I wanted the one shirt, I could split shipping cost with them. I decided against that and told them I would wait for the rest of the shirts to finish. In December 2023, I emailed the company, again, to express my displeasure that I had yet to receive any of the shirts I had ordered and I told them I did not believe their excuse about the supply shortage as I have witnessed other companies, big and small, produce and deliver their products. I was told at this time the 2 of the 4 shirts were completed after 1 YEAR of both orders. A few months later, I finally received one of the shirts I had ordered. I sent another email at the end of March 2024 asking about the status of the other 3 shirts. I was sent a reply stating the shirts were all complete and ready to go. They were working as quickly as possible to process and pack the order. Since that email, I sent 3 more emails (May 13th, May 17th, and May 24th) asking for an update on this order. I still have not received any kind of reply from this company. I know the emails were delivered due to the settings in the email chain. This company advertises some pretty sweet designs for their shirts. I have several of their shirts and received compliments on them. HOWEVER, after this experience, going almost a year and a half without receiving my order & now not even receiving some kind of response regarding the status, I'm done with them. I have accepted the fact that I am out about $80-$100 for these shirts. Once I had finally received my order, I was going to give them time to get their house in order before possibly trying another shirt order, but that ship has sailed. For a company who alleges to be veteran owned, this is very disappointing. Save your money and DO NOT order from Warrior Culture Gear. read more

They were awesome years ago, I bet I have 40 shirts, 4 sweaters, a couple jackets and at least 3 hats The pandemic hit them hard and for some reason they never really recovered.
