They kept putting me off on the 8 shirts they owed me. I never got any of them and got ripped off. They took my money and scammed me.

Boot Barn had a soft opening a few weeks ago and now with their hard opening I figure they got all…read morethe bugs out, and there weren't many because it's pretty much flawless. As the doors open you're hit with a strong leather smell and if you like that, well, you're in for fun. The front of the store has shelf after shelf of boots arranged by size. these are western /cowboy boots and come from plain at around$140 to tooled to painted to freaking ostrich skin at around $450. As i walked around I noted they also sell the polishes and creams needed to maintain boots and keep them clean so they want you to keep these in good trim for the long haul. The clothes they sell also have a strong western them in jeans, shirts and vests and I was hard pressed to find fault as all have a high cotton content and feel nice to the touch, unlike so many similar clothes found in the near-by mall that look nice but have a less pleasant feel. The staff is helpful but not obsequious. So, you don't feel ignored but neither do you feel smothered by them. I was actually looking for something to complain about. mentally I was thinking 5 star? but I can't. They don't have rubber boots! Yes they do. They don't have hiking boots! Yes they do. In the end the store runs to an aggressively western theme but they also have modern work/hiking/rain boots as well as stylish cowboy boots. They do not have European style riding boots, chukka boots or suede desert boots, so Clark's still has a reason to hang around but otherwise if you're looking for good boot etc this is the place to stop off. Heck if they'd had the brown drover's rain coat in my size I'd have to be explaining the purchase to my wife.

Unbelievable selection of western boots and name brand hats…read more Definitely worth a stop in.

So the kid needed a prom dress and decided that none of the local area stores were good enough and…read morethat the dress she wanted was available here. Let's drive 45 minutes each way and come on a Saturday when places like this will of course be "deserted". Sounds Great! About as much fun as watching a Jaws IV marathon. A few random notes: * The Yelp listing I assume is old and says that masks are mandatory and that the staff will be wearing them. Neither of the above is true. One member of the staff was wearing one and none of the patrons had one on. * The store has two entrances - one on either side of the building. You enter one side for the prom stuff and the other side for the wedding stuff. * Wedding stuff of course requires an appointment. They keep their thick old school book on the counter and it is indeed packed. For prom wear you show up and the next available staff member assists you while they are also assisting other people at the same time. * My daughter was interested in a dress that their website lists as in stock with them. Nay-nay on this. The staff member who assisted us said that they didn't have that dress but dresses by that designer which is what that means. The website does not real time availability. If you really need a particular piece, either call before you come or buy it elsewhere. With that said, the trip was a success. While the dress she wanted was never stocked here at any time (per the staff member who assisted us), she did find something similar that worked and it was a little cheaper then what she initially wanted so score for me since stuff here is not cheap by any means. Ideally coming during the week I think would yield the best results with being able to browse and try things on without people being everywhere. Door to door the process took about 70 minutes which I guess isn't bad although next time I'll stick with the Jaws IV marathon as it might be less painful.

Honestly a 10 out of 10 experience. For me the name was…read moredeceiving. 'Country' to me denotes small town, perhaps not as fashionable, but I was so blown away by the selection/sizes/color ranges of dresses for my son's wedding. It was an easy pace to look through and try in dresses. My salesperson, Katie, helped me in try on the dresses and more importantly, without giving me her personal opinion, helped me to narrow down the top 3-4, then retry those and narrow it down to my top dress. It was a superb relaxed environment, a weekday, and Katie made the process seamless. When I ordered my dress it arrived within 2 weeks. I'm very glad this was the first shop I went to. One and done!

I had to think long and hard, was this a 3 or a 4 star place. So I'll have to explain it…read more This is my go to for clothes. At least the first place I'll look for slacks, a suit or shirts etc. The staff is friendly and will help you find what you need and don't blink an eye if there is a return. finding such a staff member is becoming more and more of a challenge as the place, even on a weekend before the holidays, seems terminally understaffed. It may be smaller than the Macy's at the King of Prussia mall but it is laid out better and it's easier to find things. so why did I settle on 3 stars? Because of corporate choices that weaken the over all store. I'm not sure who the buyers think are coming here but a huge chunk of the men's ware department are slim fit. I ain't slim fit. Nor judging by how those don't seem to move are many of the customers coming in to a place that corporate HQ seems to think is being visiting by size 32 male models. Not only don't I buy this stuff, but it cuts down on what I can buy, because of space taken up by the slim fit, and it's almost a taunt-see what we have? you can't. They've also cut back on colors of casual slacks from the many colors they use to have to just a few, meaning I have less reason to look here and will go elsewhere. places on amazon can get other colors, like down brown, so more and more I'm shopping there . Lastly the kitchenware department seems to have gone all in on Martha Stewart. If you like her you're in hog heaven but i loath her and refuse to buy her stuff meaning, again, i have to look elsewhere for what i use to buy at Macy's. for the stuff i do buy here, it's great, the staff, when i can find them, are great. but more and more it's becoming a case of corporate management not caring what happens there.
