I've tried different washing detergents even tried pods used 3 in the smallest washer which is two loads not one soap sud was in the washer after the wash and then the rinse cycle came. Once the cycles finished my clothes didn't even have a fresh scent like they were just washed in water without soap. I've notified staff in numerous of occasions and they want to argue it's not their machines it must be my detergent or this or that. Some staff has even provided me with soap powder to wash my load and it was better but never how I'm use to washing machines being at other laundry mats. Writing this review bc I have wasted time and money yet again giving them another chance. Never again. Time to find a new laundry mat

There's mold in every machines soap dispenser. The tops of every machine are filthy, the floor, the windowsill, everything. The bathroom is not labeled with any sort of sign. There's no trash can in the bathroom, so trash, including a used condom, are on the floor. I wouldn't let my family use the bathroom, it was so damn gross. There's no hours posted. If I ever need a laundromat again, I'll head to Fredericksburg or Warsaw. I'm only giving it one star because the machines I used were gross, but in working order.
