Stephen was kind and friendly, making sure I understood everything they were finding and what they planned do it, all while making sure I didn't feel talked down to. They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. I highly recommend reaching out to them and hope you get Stephen as your guy if you ever have plumbing issues.

Of course, it was 5 PM and Ryman's had just closed. But they continue to monitor the phone for emergencies such as ours. Within minutes, I had a return call and Eric would show up the same evening. I had been hoping at best for Saturday. Eric arrived, checked the thermostat and disappeared under the house. Within 15-20 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, (tripped breaker located in a sub-panel under the house & slightly loose wire made worse by the extreme cold), fixed it and heat was back on by 8 PM! My AC had suddenly stopped working…read morein the middle of July in South Eastern Virginia and my 18 year old dog was suffering from the heat and humidity. I feared that he couldn't survive. I called a few HVAC companies, who informed me that they wouldn't be able to help me for a week since they were swamped with other customers without AC. Then, I remembered that Alliance had previously helped me with my furnace. Alliance came out the same day. They thoroughly explained the issue, determined that my old AC system was indeed dead, and gave me a formal proposal that was fair. While I thought about it, they offered to install a window AC unit to alleviate my little dog's suffering. They were professional and very neat. They were able to install the system in one day and a few days later even followed up to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use them again!
