The new store is spacious with a cool urban/industrial feel and an eclectic blend of merchandise. Good range of prices and lots of sales running in individual booths. We only get this way from up North about once a year but always make a worthwhile stop at this place and the new store is an added bonus. I love what Joyce has done with this place!!. She is always changing her displays and bringing in…read morewonderful new finds. There is always tons of new things to see and buy every time I go. And she is so talented! She has made a beautiful antiqued door display and several painted and distressed church pews for me. She is reasonably priced and stocks her store with treasures, and not a bunch of junk. She is located at the very end of the Lavonia Antique Market and you can definitely tell where her store starts and the other part ends. Night and day between her store and the rest of it. Her store is clean and organized. Also, Joyce and her sister are so helpful and friendly, unlike several of the ladies that work in the other part of this location. I will also add that she stays open for the posted store hours and does not close early or start turning off the lights on customers like they do in the other part of this location. I regularly see Joyce and her sister helping and checking out customers from the other location, when they have closed early and left customers still in the store and in the dark. The only reason I go to Lavonia Antique Market anymore is because of East Antiques, and if Joyce ever leaves, I won't go at all.

First of all, I've been coming to Franklin since I was 5 years old and I'm 69. I've watched this…read moretown go through good times and bad. One of the things I love is the downtown area, so quaint. Not much has changed on the outside but what used to be department stores are now being repurposed and that's Bryant's Antique Mall has done. Three floors of, well, a little bit of everything. Nice antiques, nostalgia from all eras, lots of glassware, some cool furniture, old farm equipment, books, old cameras, just a nice blend. Pricing is set by the individuals who rent the booths so you might find the same thing in several booths at different prices so it pays to look around. All 3 floors are full and nicely arranged with plenty of room to walk around in so plan to be there for while if you want to see everything. The upstairs even has a discount area with all items marked down. It's a really cool building but no public restrooms so if go you might want to stop by the Public Restrooms which are only about a 2 minute walk from Bryant's. They have a sign when you walk in the door with directions. There were 2 gentlemen there on my last visit that were helpful and will answer your questions and help you load larger items you purpose. It's a very cool store so check it out!
