Even crawled around in the attic and inspected the retaining walls (the other inspector in town didn't...). Even went down and talked with the realtor for us! And only charged $350 (50 more than the other inspector), but found way more little things (and 1 big thing). Also recommended preventative maintenance that I had no idea about. I will probably have him inspect our house every 10 years just to keep on top of things!
