Edison Wash and Dry Express is an excellent laundromat mainly because of their very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Maria is especially fantastic! Recently on an exceptionally busy day she was greeting customers and helping them find upcoming available machines while also cleaning and doing drop off laundry. This is my first visit here to do my laundry. Coming into the facility looks like I will have a great experience, but its not all great to me. The set up is nice, but washers are not clean. There is mildew on the lids of where u put the soap in and they all are old. I had to walk around to see which washer was best to use. I hope my clothes come out clean! Had to walk around to find a garbage can to throw my empty detergent bottle away and there wasnt enough baskets to transport your wet clothes to the dryers. They do have a nice sitting and game area to wait while cleaning the clothes and there is a vending machine for snacks. There are plenty of washers and dryers. I just hope the dryers work as well as they look. read more

I been coming here for a while and it's been good. Buttt.. first, I come from North Brunswick and this Laundry mat is located in Edison. So I take that 15 min drive because in my home town all the laundries are broken down and packed. Also I work until 7 so after 7 is the only time I can come. I came in at 8:30 before 9pm and this lady asked why I am always coming late. I told her I have work she said that I have to understand that they have to close too butttt on the website it says you guys close at 11pm and I had arrived at 8:30pm. I'm never here more then two hours so I don't understand why it's a problem. And I overheard her asking the other customers too the reason why they came so late. I don't think is none of her business asking people why they coming late. And it was 9:30pm when she was asking them this. read more

We just moved to NJ and didn't have quarters to do laundry in our apartment complex basement. Wanted to check out New Brunswick so we came here to do laundry and maybe pick up a bubble tea on the way back. The front door is broken, place is poorly maintained, and I question the hygienic integrity of most of the machines. This is not a place to come to if you want to leave with anything clean. Also very shady characters everywhere. My wife did not feel safe here. We will never come back here to do laundry and highly recommend AGAINST frequenting this dirty laundromat. read more

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. This is my regular Sat or Sun morning go-to for laundry. If you're an early bird, you will almost always score an extra large washer and a cart. Let's be real folks, it's always a challenge to score a cart when it's busy. The extra large machines are $5.50 a load, large are $3-4.50 I believe, medium $2.75, and small white ones are $1.75. Good deal. Dryers are .25/10 mins, not bad either. There's an awesome deli next store to grab breakfast or a coffee while you wait. Dunkin is like 4 mins down the road. No one likes to do laundry, but let's face it, it's big boy and big girl duties so we all have to do it. And the lady on the weekend morning/afternoon shift is awesome. A little courtesy like a good morning and a smile goes a long way. If you're close by and need to just get it done, just do it here. read more

Let me give this place justice! It's a big and clean place, like any other laundromat. There are two machines to make change, some arcade machines (like four) and two Tvs. The best part: FREE SOAP on Wednesday and Thursday. I was having trouble making change at the machine and the lady who works there gladly helped me. Great experience. read more

The lady that works at night is the rudest ever. She doesn't respond when you talk to her like she doesn't speak english. She never helps you if u need something she always says i don't know. Always watching her Spanish episodes on tv in waiting area, like there is noone else there but her. Not the only person that have issues with her. I don't know why they hire her. Only been here twice, first time, yes, same lady was very rude. No help when the coin machine didn't pay me. It was like I was bothering her that the machine didn't pay out. 2nd time I had to come here because the other place at the Plaza next door was closed for a holiday. But never again will I be caught there. The other reviews show that this seems to be a place you never was to give your business too! read more

So i walk in a 10 after 9 tonight an some guys yells WE ARE CLOSED !!!!!! Them some old hag of a women who couldn't speak English starts yelling at me saying that if in not done by 11 she will close on me and kick me out .. I had 2 loads of laundry . So as im doing laundry she walks around and starts speaking spanish, he looks at me an laughs. So i ask him if she was talking about me and he just looked at me , and so did she and said no i was not BULL******. do not go here people are rude , this is not the first time. Once some of my shirts got ruined in the laundry there an all they said was oh well its not there fault an there is nothing they could do. Also i brought in laundry 4 of the same shirts an for some reason they were all different prices ... Never again but they dont care since for some reaason all the spanish people walked in they were very nice to read more
