The woman running the place isn't the friendliest. Brusque would be the best way to describe her, but it's not rude either. A little lacking in typical customer service skills. She does say 'You're welcome', etc. Typically clothes are done within 3 days, pick up after 3PM. Always done on time so far. You either need your ticket for pickup or use your phone number. If you're a new customer, that's the first thing she needs from you. Affordable and comparable at $5.50 a dress shirt.
