Bring your own liquid soap and detergent as the laundromat has a good variety but charge a bit more then the local supermarket or dollar general . You get auto texts reminding you of your pick up and delivery days and times. You get a text that your pick up is around the corner . The pick up drivers ( mine is usually Jose) are always polite. You are given a number to call if you have any issues. And you may get a great great pickup bag for future pickup. I was told they were on the last delivery truck and would arrive by the end of the day. I was assured I would receive a call when they arrived. That call never came. I returned after the store's closing time and was told again that the clothes had not arrived and were still on the delivery truck. I was promised another call once they did arrive. This time, I received a call, but it was to inform me that the clothes were not on the delivery truck and would not arrive until Monday. The only explanation I was given was, "I'm not sure what happened." This was completely unacceptable given the circumstances. I had to scramble to purchase new clothes for the funeral, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I was told I would be notified when the clothes were ready on Monday. (Not that it mattered - I was already out of state.) Unsurprisingly, I did not receive a call. Adding insult to injury, I was not offered any discount or compensation for this ordeal. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Plenty of washer and dryers that look new and workers are friendly folks when I dropped of my 2 laundry bags .
