I have a TON of Asphalt and concrete. Charlie shows up with a little wheelie gig and walks around and presents me with my Square footage...I think his wheel is knackered...he measures it again, turns out I'm a near sighted bastard. He gives me an absolutely ridiculous quote of 750. hundreds cheaper than my other quotes. Crazy, I ask him to do it. He shows up the next day and breaks out all his gear?!?!? he has environmental remediation booms and a fancy deck scrubber....I was thinking some old dude with a fancy hose, nope full on commercial concern. He was ON TIME, and finished a Day faster than the typical 20 days. Amazing job and clean up. easily better than the 900 I paid over last year and no clean up.
