Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. Sent a bunch of photos during the 2-3 days it supposedly took to do the job. Swirls? still there...Clay Bar? Not even used cause even with whatever sealant/wax they used, the paint still felt rough. Interior was wiped down with a rag at most. I checked under the mats, dirty. A complete hack job. Had to argue for a refund....ended up with approx 40% back. What a horrible experience. Go with personal recommendations when it comes to detailing shops...the reviews this place has on Google all seem very suspect based on my experience. Try your best to avoid this place…read more I was quoted $250, twice, several weeks apart, for a silver package detail plus polish for my 2013 Mustang. I even had texts from the owner confirming it. When I showed up for my appointment, they suddenly told me it would be $300 with no real explanation. That alone should've been a red flag, but I went ahead since I was already there. Two hours later, I get a call saying my car is ready. I show up, and from afar, it looks decently clean, but as soon as I got up close, it looked like they barely touched it. Streaks and smudges all over the entire car, worse on the windows, dirt still in multiple areas that were never even touched, and several more spots completely missed. It looked way more like a rushed basic wash, not a paid detail. It got to a point during my inspection where I grabbed a rag myself and started cleaning the car while an employee followed me around trying to fix things. That's how bad it was. I called the owner, and instead of taking responsibility, he said the car "wasn't finished" and that I shouldn't have been called yet, which just makes things worse. Why call me if the job isn't done? I then had to stand there for another hour while all six employees rushed to redo the work. Even after being told three separate times that it was "done," the results were still mediocre at best. In the end, I was charged nearly $350 plus tax for a job that I could've done better myself, a lot of which I did do myself. The only positive is that the staff were somewhat apologetic and aware of their mistake and tried their best to fix it. In the end the car looked a little better than when I got there but still far from what I would expect from a professional detailing service. Overpriced, disorganized, and poor quality work. I would not trust them with your car. P.S. I am in disbelief that they ever even polished my car, it looked exactly the same as when I hand wash it. However that seemed to be the least of my worries at the time.

Nice one bro. The worst part of it is they only book appointments one to two days in advance... I mean what kind of a business does that? The reasoning, we've had too many people not show up when they booked in advance... So instead they rely on the customer to continually call to book an appointment. Because my only job in life is to chase you around so I can give you my money right. *Note: I called on Monday to book for Thursday... It was in bad condition before I brought it in to National Auto Spa. I purchased the Groupon that offered interior and exterior car detailing for $49. They only charged $15 for the pet hair (which is unheard of). Usually pet hair car cleaning costs upwards of $200. Google Maps was quite good at getting me to the shop, which is located on the back side of a plaza. The cleaning took 2 hours and I waited in a nice cafe in the plaza. The reason for the five stars is the excellent service. Staff was friendly as I checked in and did not judge the condition that my car was in, or the fact that I was getting a Corolla detailed. In the end, the car detailer even asked me if I wanted extra shine on my rims as if I was driving some kind of luxury car. When I said no, he asked if it was too much and if I wanted him to take some off, what a sweetheart. Thanks for making me and my Corolla feel like a million bucks!
