I'm shocked at the low reviews of this place.... i find it quite convenient and the fact that they have ample space and powerful vacuums, i'm giving this place 4 stars. seeing the other reviews i see that they mentioned scratches, and luckily that has not happened to my car. On top of that, its only 8 bucks for the cheapest car wash and the fact that they have decent deals on monthly subscriptions, is definitely a win in my books. Maybe i'm bias, but in grapevine there are not a lot of options when it comes to automatic car washes, and likely giving this place a higher rating that it really is? read more

Do NOT take your car here! The wash caused a huge crack from the top to the bottom of my windshield. I filed a report immediately upon exiting the wash area. Followed up 10-15 times with the office and the manager. They eventually stopped taking my calls and refused to help me pay for repair. Terrible!!! read more

The car wash is great! We are club members. We wash two cars weekly. Because of the time spent at this business, we we have noticed more and more times that people are using the vacuums and the towels without paying to get their car washed. The bays are being occupied and the towels are used up on busy days by people cleaning out the inside of their cars with no intention of using the drive through carwash. Do not take your car here period! It scratched my exterior to hell!! I have never had a more scratched up car from a car wash in my life, what is going on here I don't know, but look at the photos for yourself. Not one panel on my vehicle was spared damages from every black accent piece to every fender flare, the hood, side mirrors, rear hatch, the tail lights are even scratched. Even the windshield has scratches! I have many people who can vouch for my car being previously in amazing condition inside and out, barely any damages previous to today until it was wrecked by this car wash. I'd like to add I have nothing against this car wash personally, I've used them many times before and never had a problem in the past. ZERO INTEGRITY from the owners and management at this place. This car wash damaged my left rear tire by ripping out the stem and the tpms sensor. They claim they are not responsible for the damage because I had an aftermarket cap on the inflation stem... the "aftermarket cap" is actually smaller than the original cap so their argument doesn't even make sense. I provided pictures to prove the cap is smaller and they still claim they are not responsible for the damage. Just know that if you use this car wash and anything at all goes wrong, they will not do the honorable thing and take care of their responsibilities. read more

Have a family membership for all our cars for past year and love it. Helpful staff and really good car wash. Never any issues with scratches or damage - neither to our Range Rover or Porsche. I signed up for this service and had for over 2 years. When i went in to cancel the membership, the manager confirmed cancelled, however they continued to bill for a year. I recently visited this establishment because I needed a wash but more importantly I needed to use the vacuums. The wash did a reasonable job however the vacuums are horrible. Over half of them were either clogged or turned off. The ones that were working had a limited suction. I drove up and down trying to find a vacuum that would work. When I brought it to the attention of the manager he brushed me off and then started laughing. I will never visit this location again. read more

The machines do a pretty good job. I signed up for the monthly membership since my wife was tired of me picking her up in a dirty truck. Glad I took her advice. Now I can go a couple of times a week and keep my truck clean. The vacuums are strong and effective and I can spend as much time as I need vacuuming the interior. One time my truck was pretty dirty and it didn't really get as clean as I wanted it to on the first pass so I told one of the workers and they gladly let me run it through again. I appreciated the consideration. There is a lot of trash around the edge of the property by the vacuum machines and I would strongly encourage management to pay closer attention to the condition of the property. read more

Just had horrible experience where the manager who claims his name is Guillermo literally cursed at me in the middle of the car wash as it was stopped. It stopped because he was piling cars in with no gap and several cars almost hit in the car wash. He tried to say I honked the horn then berated me with curses when it was car behind me that honked. Great express car wash center for cleaning bird bombs off your car and a quick vac at an affordable price. The prior express wash had been there forever but never tried it, from the road it wasn't very appealing. But while on my way to another wash (more hands on), I noticed the Wash Brothers roadside signage and the new and appealing setting, so decided to give them a try. Pulled in on a sunny Saturday afternoon and saw nearly all of the vacs were in use and a few cars were waiting in line to go through - now that's a good sign! My turn at the wash selector was greeted by a friendly employee who explained the washes and assisted with purchase. Turning the corner to enter the wash, I was greeted by another friendly staff that checked to make sure my car was ready to enter the wash. He squirted cleaner on tires, etc and guided me into the entrance. Must say, the wash is very colorful and uses the big floppy strips ( think it's optional) and plenty of jets to get all sides. Vacs had good suction and got all the crud between seat cracks and floor corners. Very happy with experience & hope the brothers do well! read more

After waiting in line, I purchased the "Best" wash. As I moved through the line, the attendants were pre-washing each vehicle until I arrived. The man on the driver's side just stopped and didn't spray my car. The guy on the other side just sprayed a bit of water on that side. I rolled the window down to ask about it but the attendant on my side just looked at me with no response. As a result the wash was about 80% effective. Not pleased about this at all. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The 16 year employees who line your tires up and spray your car down before you enter the wash are EXTREMELY rude. I have been using this car wash for many years and have been generally pleased. The car wash itself works just fine, but the attendants at the entrance are more interested in visiting with each other than spraying the front, etc. This is the third or fourth time recently that they didn't spray the grill, windshield, or anything else. I left with bugs on the front and bugs on my windshield. They rush you through without spraying the car down. I guess they'd rather ignore the customer and stare at their red Camaro blocking the customer parking, then take care of their regular customers. I'll be looking for a new car wash. These guys are great! Always friendly and personable. The location is newly opened so the facilities and equipment are top quality. My car is clean and my wheels look great. They have free vacuum bays for customers too. I use the monthly club which means fast access and I get my car washed about every two days so it is a real bargain. I have been coming to this car wash for a few years. I think they must have changed ownership, as things have gone downhill. Today, there was an attendant that spoke NO english at all, none. I tried to tell him that the machine did not print out a receipt. He waved and indicated 'no problem'. I wanted a receipt and he did not get that at all. Then, I told him that I wanted the rear wiper on the SUV taped, as in the past, we had our wiper totally mangled in this carwash. He did not get it. He forced my right mirror closed and they are automated. I finally pointed at the tape and pointed at the rear and he finally understood. He put one little piece of tape on the back and it did not even make it thru the carwash. I don't know what is going on with this company, but they need to improve. Have customer facing people speak fluent English. Fix your printers so customers may have a receipt. Use tape on SUV rear wipers and secure them enough to prevent damage. This was a frustrating process. Do better, there are lots of car washes out there to choose, other than this one. read more

It's a good car wash with great vacuums, but every time I go, the water SMELLS SO BAD!! like gagging in your car, hold your nose, rank. Today it was so bad that I was extremely nauseous and had to drive with all windows down. After I got gas, I got back in and it STILL smelled. This is some potent stuff. I feel super bad for the employees who have to stand out there smelling it all day long. Please do something about the smell! Went in to get my Toyota Tundra wash. I had my antennae off and side mirrors folded in. This car wash destroyed my passenger side mirror. I will never go back and recommend you not to take the chance. Of course this place isn't going to pay to get it fixed or replaced. read more
