Went here for a one time regular car wash, selected no to the membership option, and the next month was charged for a membership. The first time I called the man said he would put in for a refund. Weeks went by without a refund to my credit card so I called back. This time the person I spoke with was BEYOND rude, laughed at me, then hung up on me. Simply over following up on a refund I was promised..... My family will not be customers here anymore. Do not use anything but cash if you choose to use this dishonest establishment. read more

It had been a while since I took my car in, but I had been impressed with my old truck and thought I would try it out on my car that had just been in the body shop and the right side redone. I hand-washed it once, then took it through their car wash. I got out, ran back in to report damage, and filed a form. Then, did a closer inspection. When I did not hear back, I stopped back in and was told about all the cameras viewing my car and it did not happen there. Interesting. a still closer look, showed that the tire cleaner brush did not damage just the one side, but both. Careful, inconsistency. It feels like the thing that pulls the cars through the tunnel is too fast. My car didn't get clean. There was still soap all over the car. And it was still wet because my car was pushed out before the dryer had time to get my car dry. Won't be going back read more

I was at your Coppell location at 5:21 pm on 4/21/22 and in the midst of my car wash, the car in front of me stopped. I couldn't see what was happening so I started blowing my horn. Your staff stopped the process and got the car in front of me out of the way but never checked to see if my car was okay, if I was okay, and I did NOT receive the car wash I paid for (Apline Wash). I was very shaken up over this but no one came to see if everything was okay. I do have some damage on the front of my car from your machinery causing my car to bump into the car in front of me. I was double charged for a membership, when I went in to solve the issue I was given a complete runaround, the manager Jesus admitted that someone else had been using my card to get 4 washes a month with a different vehicle. The owner of the establishment got involved and was very combative, narcissistic and kept telling me I didn't understand. At one point even sarcastically asked if I understood what a phrase meant on his documentation to I guess make himself feel more like a man? There's better car washes that won't blatantly commit credit card fraud. Now I'm only able to get the charges reversed thanks to chase. read more

Great car wash! I came here in a whim after driving by to go to the post office nearby. The process was quick, easy, and painless. The dash wipe I was handed by an employee was a nice touch and the vacuums were very all functional and very helpful. Wish I lived closer so I could come here more often. read more

After several months, I realized I wasn't using it enough to justify the charge so I called them and asked them to cancel my subscription. Nothing was changed; the charges kept coming. The manager never called me , I kept calling and when I finally did get ahold of him, he was just plain rude, told me to " hold on a second" muted me, and never came back to the phone. Because of all the rain we've had, I've been unable to get my new truck washed since purchased. I work in Coppell and decided to try Alpine Wash as it is close to my office. Wow! I was impressed. Selecting the service needed on the kiosk was so simple and the attendants were so nice. No other tunnel carwash provides wipes for you to clean the interior like Alpine. I went there during my lunch hour and was back to work in 25 minutes. Very satisfied with how my truck looked overall from the windows to the tires. I'll definitely be back again and again. read more

I was expecting to have full service car wash options, but was surprised when I was handed a wet "complimentary" wash towel to wipe my own interior. After purchasing a $15 exterior wash, which is the second highest wash offered, I drove 1/2 mile home to find my wheels filthy and the back of my suv soapy and dirty. I used the wash towel to wipe off the dirt. I'll go back to the full service car wash providers and spend the extra $10 dollars for a 5 star cleaning. read more

UPDATE: At the request of the owner I gave it another shot. I am pleased to say that my experience was completely different the second time. There is a new manager, James, who understands the meaning of outstanding customer service. We did both cars, as we intended to do the first time. The sedan came out great. Very clean, minimal manual drying needed after the fact. The SUV was the same except for the back end. Mostly manual drying there. To be fair, the same thing has happened at other drive through washes and it took less than a minute to dry with a towel. Overall, the cleaning was as good as I have experienced anywhere. You do have to vacuum yourself, but it's pretty easy and took me about 5 minutes per car. The vacuums provide plenty of suction and they are located on either side of the car for easy access. Had this been my first experience, it would have been a 5 star rating. It's 4 because I can't pretend the first time didn't happen. As long as James is there, we will certainly be back and will recommend it to others. INITIAL REVIEW: Their entire system broke down and they left everyone waiting in line for 10 minutes before someone went and found an employee, who told them it would be an additional 20 minutes before it could be up and running. Otherwise, we would have presumably been left there to wonder. A couple of people asked for refunds. The employee said he'll be "right back", then disappeared. When we left they were still waiting. HORRIBLE customer service. I won't go anywhere near this place ever again. read more

I like to give my most honest reviews on here and not come off like a disgruntled whining customer mad about small stuff so here goes. Alpine Wash is new wash in Coppell area and took over the former disaster of a car wash. The positives are that the grounds are clean and modern as well as the car wash experience. It is also an express car wash so it's fairly quick to get your car cleaned on the go. I can't really say much for customer service because there is really no interaction with people outside of being handed a towel for extra drying of your vehicle, but they are nice at least. Here are the negatives for me and not really negative but for lack of a better word. For an express car wash, the pricing model is too high the top wash being $20.00 is excessive in my opinion when your vehicle is not hand dried and tire shine applied by hand. There is a car wash right down the street that offers express wash but also detail service and for 15.00-$18.00 you get the same $20.00 wash offered at Alpine but also get towel dry and tire shine applied by hand. Maybe they should consider hiring some teenagers to work the end of the of the car wash to hand dry and apply tire shine. Just a thought. Also, the dry and buff feature offered with the $20.00 service is really just the top of your car because they neglected to put the buffers on the side of the car wash as you exit. Yes, There are express car washes that offer this I believe the name is Ultimate Wash up the road a little in Lewisville. Other than that I think it's a nice neat place and business would be better if they marketed more because it is seemingly never busy when I go which I guess is good for me but bad for business. Pass out some free wash coupons to the local businesses or partner with Booster the gas delivery company to offer wash coupons or something like that to get the word out there about the new and improved car wash in Coppell. Either way I will likely be back for quick washes here and there. read more

Ripped off part of the cars trunk assembly and told us it was already damaged based on photos that showed no damage. Not full service and left the car not looking very clean either. We now take our cars to the full service car wash on MacArthur, similar prices and better service. read more

For what it is, I think it's great. While I miss the full-service carwash that used to be there, Alpine carwash did a really good job. The people who work there are incredibly polite, and overall I got a really good car wash. There were a few spots mostly on the front and back bumper and license plate areas that didn't really get cleaned as well, but to be fair my card was absolutely filthy when I brought it in.
