I am shocked about new system using laundry card to upload money to start washers and dryers now. I have to say 4.50-6dollars for washer is expensive. I use 2.50 to wash my clothes. The dryers are cheap. quarter for 5mins. I only need to put dollar in to use 20mins to dry my clothes. Dryer from my place cost me 3-3.50. However, i do like that on Wednesday's its 2 dollars off washers after 4pm. I just wish it was all day. The place is very clean, temperature is cool, bathroom is nice and clean. Vending machine for snacks and drinks not great and expensive. The service not bad and friendly.

However when one particular worker is there she locks the bathroom and says its out of order. It makes me extremely angry knowing darn well that she has to use the restroom during her work shift. Theres no way the toilet and sink are broken everytime she is working. I used the facilities at a neighboring business and discussed the issue. so my dryer decides to go out, I honestly came to this laundromat because it's 3 minutes from my…read morehome and I just needed to dry a load and wash and dry a load, upon entering it was decent, not the cleanness but not dirty neither who appeared to be the owner, spoke and converse with every other race but me, but it was not a bother because my daughter was my company and I just wanted to be in and out. however when I went to check my sheets when the timer stopped the handle was difficulties but the way the man came over he act as if I was going to broke the washing machine, I didn't proceeded to the dryer and he says that he needs to check my covers and sheets to see if there's water in them so I say, sir you don't have to do that because if there was water in my shoes they be way heavier than what they are but I shake or untangle my clothes out anyway before putting them in the dryer, also when I took my clothes out the dryer I had seven minutes remaining and then when I go to put my sheets in I only have two so I didn't ask the owner. Hey is there anyway that I can get my men back he goes all into this mini tangent talking about. I don't know how to use a machine and I said sir I just came here to wash a couple of those cause my dryer just went out and I used to come to a laundromat so I'm well aware of how to use the dryer if you can just give me the quarters back of the time I lost I would appreciate it.
