I continued to do business with them over the last years even though they are out of my way, and there are other dry cleaners near me. The last time I was in, I was told that I would have to pre-pay from now on because I left some things there longer than I had realized on the previous visit. I am upset because why would I pre-pay for a service that could be botched or my items could be lost? Instead of the owner updating his establishment so that customers can receive text messages when their items are ready, he would rather penalize establish customers with pre-pay policies. Needless to say I won't be returning although I have been doing business with this establishment for over 10 years. I understand that when we leave items a long time it cost him space and money, but the way to take care of your customers and your business is to upgrade your system, not penalize your customers who have paid your bills for years.

One of the few cleaners that actually does everything onsite, they offer true same-day service without tacking on extra fees -- just drop off before 9am. Both Waze and Google maps directions lead one on the north side of I20, so please take note of the map added in the photos. The business is in the shopping center with the Shell gas station, SOUTH of I20, directly across the road from McDonald's, on the west side of Duncanville Rd. The signage facing Duncanville Rd. was different than the business' name; and the signage in the shopping center was hard to read at night, as well as being smaller than the signage identify the type of business. Very pleased with the cleanly appearance, inside and outside. With the wave of the hand, the door opens to not only make life easier for those with disabilities, but all customers carrying in their laundry. This feature is spectacular during Covid-19! The upside for everyone is that the machines are clean with a variety of sizes. The downside FOR ME, was the spin cycle didn't remove as much water AS I PREFER. Some may appreciate this since the wrinkles are reduced. (Maybe someone could manufacturer a machine and add a setting for this preference?) Always grateful for a clean restroom - this one was not only clean, but pretty. Disappointed with a ceiling tile being open and the cold air draft.
