Lots of carts and several tables for folding clothes. We've been here in the evening when it can be pretty busy. During the day is not as crowded. There is a person on duty if you have a question or problems with a machine. The day we were there, a lady was on duty. She was cleaning everything as if it were her own house. She was making sure everyone had a mask. She had to get some quarters unstuck in one of our machines. She was very polite and quick to help!

The washing machine didn't feel like it was closing properly, I feel like water would leak out but it was normal. The dryer was set to cold. I had no idea how it works until another customer told me that it's on cold. (Not the businesses fault but just stating my experience). The area where you fold laundry was bad. The blue folding table has slanted walls, so I accidentally pushed my clothes too far and some of my clothes fell into the trash can behind it. The placement of trash can and the slanted walls was a bad combination.

The people that work there are always helpful when needed. I've seen some complaints about the dryers but it never costs me more that $1.50 to dry a dryer containing 2 full loads of laundry. Of course weekends will always be busy and they close right at 10 which is very late in my opinion.

The business is in the shopping center with the Shell gas station, SOUTH of I20, directly across the road from McDonald's, on the west side of Duncanville Rd. The signage facing Duncanville Rd. was different than the business' name; and the signage in the shopping center was hard to read at night, as well as being smaller than the signage identify the type of business. Very pleased with the cleanly appearance, inside and outside. With the wave of the hand, the door opens to not only make life easier for those with disabilities, but all customers carrying in their laundry. This feature is spectacular during Covid-19! The upside for everyone is that the machines are clean with a variety of sizes. The downside FOR ME, was the spin cycle didn't remove as much water AS I PREFER. Apparently there's no one that cleans or repairs broken machines, so you enter $4 to find out the washer isn't working. Then you find one that starts to work and then you notice the door is locked, it's spinning, but no water is going into the machine. So you have to wait until it stops. I went into the restroom to look for a paper towel to wipe the sticky crap off of the table and there was a huge hole in the floor and the toilet and sink were black with dirt. It's beyond nasty.
