The worst experience ever!!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars at this car wash and have paid for full service several times each time to be told they couldn't do that because they are understaffed. Today they have a full staff, and because my wash was a free wash off a full service that I didn't receive the last time and the kid who took my receipt couldn't find it even though there was no one behind me. Explaining this to the supposedly owner who flat out refused to give me a full service! I won't be giving her anymore of my hard earned money! So instead of keeping a happy customer and receiving a raving review, she's now receiving a bad review and the loss of a good customer! To be perfectly clear, this owner has no problem charging you for full service and not honoring it if she's short staffed, keeping your money with no rain check or refund! Then when she's fully staffed won't honor a ONE TIME full service. read more

This place is an absolute joke. $20 for a car wash, yet they can't spray out the wheels where there's dirt. First time through and my car is still dirty so I have to drive through a second time and even then theres still dirt and soap left everywhre. This used to be a great car wash 5 years ago... not sure what's happened since then. Won't be back! Also the managers excuse is corporate... I'd love to hear from corporate and tell them how they are running this place into the ground. Made washes more expensive for far less quality!! read more

Paid for a "Premium Wash," Today Feb 9th, at 12:45. No pre-treatment of any kind prior to entering wash. Vehicle was still dirty upon exiting. Drove to Cave Wash and had the vehicle properly wash. Washmasters not even worth one star rating for today's service. read more

The back of my car was still dirty and I asked if they could clean it and was told they couldn't do it. Went too the vacs the first two didn't work. The floor was covered in dirt and mud it wasn't worth cleaning the car just to get in and make it dirty again read more

Used to be my favorite car wash in town. Not any more. The guy remarked "it tries". Well. I'll try not to use this car wash any more. Cave Wash by Walmart is cheaper and they'll even dry it off for you. Then maybe they could tell the truck didn't get clean. The rags they had for us to dry it were dirty and wet. At least the guy did go get them for me since I told him the bin was empty. read more

If I need to get my suv washed while its cold out I will only be paying for the cheapest one. The $10 one can do the same as the $20 to get the dirt off until it gets warmer out and I can wash it myself. read more

I bought a $25 wash. Didn't get bugs off. Only one guy working. He only sprays one side of the car with bug spray. They used to have two guys. I pull around to vacuum it out and no clean towels. It's been this way the last several times. read more

Super pleased with a job well-done! We were looking for a place that would wash and vacuum for us at the mid-point of a 10 day road trip. We had four kids traveling with us, so enough said about the state of the interior to be vacuumed. Excellent job! read more

I've been coming to the car wash regularly for about a year now and I've never had any issues with their washes until recently. This is the 3rd time I've gone in and had the whole back of my SUV dirty after the wash. I went back around to see if they'd let me pass through again to see if the second time around the car would get properly cleaned. I was told in a very short, "it's not really our fault" kind of tone, that it was not possible for me to go back because the car wash did it's job and it wouldn't fix it if I went back around. This place would be a five, but most of the time the bugs are still on my windshield a little after the prep and wash. I spend a few minutes getting the worst off myself with the free towels and spray. Other than that I have tried all of the levels of service, including full detailing and I have no real problems. Staff is friendly, which is a plus compared to around town. read more

I bought the $30 package and they didn't even vacuum out my trunk, clean the coffee spots in my cup holder and the inside door was dirty ( it wasn't before I got there). I give 3 stars instead of 1 because I've been here before but have always bought the $18 package and though it's expensive, I'm usually happy enough. they are never open for full service. have drove 20 miles several times with them telling us they are not doing full service. yet they advertise they do. False advertising at its best. I have learned to call ahead and in the last 8-10 months have only found them to be doing full service once. so do not waist your time. they use to be great but no longer. read more

It seems the value of the wash here very much correlates with how much you are willing to pay. I haven't had very good base washes but asked if any of them would get the sap and numerous bugs off my car. I was told the higher priced ones would and sure enough, it did a fabulous job. read more

For the third time in a row, I have received a horrible car wash! All three times I paid for a wash that included bug prep for the windshield which should get all of the bugs off (and has in the past it). The workers barely touch their brushes to the windshield then send you on through. Then I am left to pull around and manually scrub my windshield in the blazing heat. After bringing this to the manager's attention, they are apologetic and offer to rewash my car, but I've already done their job at this point. The owner even told me to pull around and go through the wash again whenever this happens. I don't have time for that, and they should have done it right the first time! I'll be using the drive-thru car wash across town from now on! read more

A part came off my vehicle (10 years old) in the blowers and then it was crushed, confirmed by their video. Not the end of the world as it is a $30 part. However after waiting 20 minutes to confirm they didn't offer a refund for the wash or next one free, which would have been nice. read more

Because of the reviews my husband went here. He asked for the upgraded wash $28!! First when he pulled up a guy waved him in then had him stop he got out and started to go in side another guy started screaming at him that he didn't want him there that he had to stay behind the line my husband told him that the other guy working there told him to go there he said I don't care who told you and he kept screaming at him. He went inside. Told the young lady that he wanted to make sure that the black rubber that is on the lower part of the car along the bottom of the doors that they were dirty. And that he wanted them cleaned. The last time he went there they didn't clean them but was told they would the next time if he asked. She said no problem. So he paid the $28 dollars the young lady went out and told them to make sure they cleaned them. So when they were done he went to get the car and they had not cleaned the black part of the car so he asked them if they could clean it and they said no that the boss said for them not to clean that part because it was not part of the car. Oh and the guy that has been screaming was the boss!!! So if you want to pay $28 dollars and get a dirty car, get screamed at and treated terrible then come here!!! We are done going here and being treated badly!!! This was the second time and last. the first time we came he was rude but said people here is Paris doesn't like the bottom edge cleaned because they go down muddy roads. REALLY!!
