UPDATE - do NOT recommend. Update 6/19/26:…read more After everything that happened with the vehicle I purchased from Paris Nissan, I attempted to resolve the situation reasonably and in good faith. I offered to settle for only half of the financial loss I incurred from the significant loss in value of the vehicle and even offered to remove my negative reviews because I appreciated that they had at least shown some willingness to stand behind their customer and try to help make things right. Unfortunately, communication has now stopped completely. Despite my efforts to reach a fair resolution, I am no longer receiving responses. What has disappointed me most is not that a vehicle had serious issues--problems can happen with any manufacturer. It's how a dealership chooses to treat a customer when those problems occur. When things went wrong, I tried to work collaboratively toward a solution. Instead, I was ultimately ignored. If you're considering doing business with Paris Nissan, understand that the true test of a dealership is not how they treat you when they're making a sale, but how they treat you when there's a problem afterward. Based on my experience, once things became difficult, communication ceased and I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. I hope other consumers will take this into consideration when deciding where to purchase a vehicle. Update approx 6/10/26: I am retracting the positive review I previously left for this dealership. When I originally purchased my *brand new* Nissan from this dealership, I had a positive experience and left a favorable review. Unfortunately, my experience after developing serious issues with the vehicle has completely changed my opinion. The vehicle experienced repeated repair attempts for the same safety defect (the first one less than a month after having it) and spent over 30 days out of service. When I ultimately returned it to the dealership (after owning it barely five months) because the defect happened again, both the salesperson and finance manager acknowledged that they believed something was wrong with it and stated that they would not be reselling it on their lot. Despite those statements, the dealership significantly undervalued the vehicle during the trade-in (approximately $10k) process rather than treating it in a manner consistent with its lemon law history. I was also told there was nothing the dealership could do regarding the situation and was encouraged to sign paperwork that, as I later learned, affected my ability to seek relief through Nissan corporate with them saying the only remedy was through the dealership. So both pointed fingers. What is most disappointing is that I trusted this dealership because I had purchased the vehicle from them and had been a satisfied customer. Instead of helping a customer who was dealing with a vehicle that had ongoing serious issues, I was steered toward a transaction that cost me a significant loss. My advice to other consumers is to thoroughly research their rights before returning a vehicle with significant repair history and not assume the dealership will explain all available options. For these reasons,I am withdrawing my previous positive review and can no longer recommend this dealership. Original post: This was THE easiest car buying experience I've ever had. They worked with me, were quick to respond, were upfront about pricing; financing was NOT pushy which was VERY appreciated, and they even delivered the car TO me. Fantastic, 5 star service!

Had an appointment to look at the vehicle at 10:00 a.m. Just before we arrived, another customer was looking at the same vehicle. Since we had an appointment locked in, the dealership wouldn't let the vehicle go until we had a chance to look at it and do a test drive. Raheem was a pleasure to work with during our transaction, and Rickey did right by us when it came to the numbers. My only caution is: you might want to take a book or e-reader with you while waiting for all of the paperwork to be done. When we take the vehicle in for service, will leave a review for that department. We are very happy though, with the customer service we received buying the vehicle.

Staff at Mathews are unfazed by this, stating "sent check, don't know why lienholder hasn't processed" and that has been the extent of help they have been. Senior management for Mathews has been given written notice of this issue and fact my lienholder is hounding me continually for payment on a vehicle I traded to Mathews a month prior. And said vehicle has even sitting for sale on Honda lot since that time. No response at this time from Mathews management on this issue or how they plan to address it. So the 1 star is strictly there because it has to be there to post review- no stars at all for this dealership-beware of any sales transaction with them. I will update my rating if they do resolve this issue.

They had my car for 7 days, kept getting the run around, telling me they were tearing into the car to make sure it was a lifter failure. Instead they did some tests on my PCM and checking my k&n air filter, plus said i went 12k without a oil change because they lost a record, which i have every paper record, showing they did the oil changes and they were all done on time! Not once was the car lifter looked at, even though I signed the paper for the diagnosis to be done,After doing there so called tests, Michael McCarter calls me saying they can't get data off my PCM ,and I had a program installed on it, which the PCM has never once been touched beside Jay Hodge doing services on the car, once we got to the dealership the stories changed and Michael McCarter said I never said that you put a program on the PCM,but i have every conversation from these people as they are a known company for lying and not doing what they say, they then say my air filter is dirty and it could have caused a failed lifter, but I have records showing when the filter is cleaned and reoiled, but people who know these cars know this is a VERY COMMON problem in the hemi's. I then take my husband in and let him talk to them,so they can explain what they told me. well we went up talking to Montgomery Moore, because Michael McCarter is being rude at this point and all this Montgomery Moore does is smile amd smirk the whole time, never once able to give a straight answer! He did not like being questioned on the car, and how other people have warned us not to take the car there, and told us to leave the dealership, handed me my key back and said i dont need your business. The next day I go to have my car towed out of there, the windows were some what open and the whole inside of my car was soaked because it had been raining and my battery was completely dead on top of it, as I had the tow guy help my charge the batteryso I could get the car towed outbof there, which this is a brand new battery in the car. All they did was damage my car and not do anything! All this is on video including us speaking to this so called Montgomery and how he handles customers. Also Chris Taylor has unplugged my dash cam in the past when it was in there for service, seems alittle fishy as they are not suppose to touch personal belongings. I also have video from that. We were also informed by a previous customer that he had his car in there for the lifter issue on his hemi, they refused to do anything on his car, but they drained the oil and when this customer came to get his car, he started his car it ruined the engine because there was no oil in this engine, they also refused to fix his engine! I wouldn't ever trust this place with your car! they also said I had to many after market parts on my car, I don't think a K&N air filter, a harmonic balancer, because their OEM harmonic balancer failed at 61k we had to replace because they said they wouldn't cover when I called to ask, and a mid muffler delete would not be alot of after market parts. This place will do anything not to fix your car. Also my whole engine bay has oil dripped everywhere. Also have a friend who worked there for a day and he said he wouldn't work there any longer after he saw all the illegal things they do with people's cars in a single day!

I wish I could give 0 STARS for the service department. I love being lied to, lied to, lied to, cheated, and lied to one more time for good measure. Total time wasted - 10 days without my vehicle on 4 seperate occasions. Problem fixed - NO, charged me for what should have been warranty work - YES. Took vehicle to a reputable dealer/service, they fixed the problem (WHICH WAS COMMONLY KNOWN ABOUT), didn't charge anything since it WAS warranty work and were super nice. James Hodge - I would fire that whole department and start over, because what you have right now - SUCKS. My business with your company is over for good. I would rather pay MSRP on my next vehicle than buy something or service something at this dealer. UPDATE: 2017: Nothing has changed. Wow.
