The location is a little bit hidden and I feel like those who come here keep it a little secret because I never see it being busy so there's always washers available. Whenever I have had questions the owner is always available for answers so I always appreciate good customer service, and timeliness! Clean hamper is a good place to go for all of my laundry and cleaning needs. I totally would recommend to anyone!

The only cold option lasts 19 minutes, the washer is quicker than my timer, I dried my blanket for well over an hour and it's still wet. The outside is extremely hot yet the inside is extremely wet. My blanket smelt burnt when it came out. (I didn't keep it running for an hour straight, I gave it some pause for couple minutes because it's extremely hot, and when I finish the drying it still smells burnt and yet inside is wet)

And, well, this was far from the worst experience I've ever had, but could be a bit better. First, know that this place gets CROWDED. And it often happens on a dime. You may want to poke your head in, learn the flow of when it gets busy and when it doesn't, and try to plan around it so you aren't waiting around for machines. Second, no vending machines for other goods. The second time I used this laundromat, I nearly had to go find somewhere else because I was out of fabric softener and there was no ability to buy some. Note to the owner - with Big Lots next door permanently closed, this might really open up an opportunity to sell detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, etc. Come prepared or be in for a rough time. Third, parking can be a mess. The shopping center is now bustling with some new shops, so the area immediately around the laundromat is often pretty packed. You can park farther away, but who wants to do that and drag several loads of laundry across the parking lot? That said, there is a couple that do come in and clean up some. So this place is somewhat clean. It's not as clean as those with a full time attendant, but they do a decent job cleaning up when they're there. I don't know how often that is, but I did see them really work on cleaning up vents and floors and such. Pricing on the machines wasn't all that bad either. Not great, not awful, seemed pretty average. They do have an issue with some of the machines breaking down - seems mostly with top load machines. But overall, I've not had a problem finding a working machine to use. The dryers can be hit or miss - I've definitely had to run them a little longer at times to make sure they're fully dry. Overall, not a bad laundromat. It's not the cleanest, not the cheapest, not the emptiest, not a lot of things. But it works. That said, I am glad to have finally gotten a washer and dryer in home so I don't have to deal with that anymore.

The machines aren't in the best of shape but they get the job done. The prices are a little higher then other sites i have used more the dryers but like I said, if you are desperate to wash and dont have daylight to do so, this is a chill spot. They offer your traditional quarter as payment but also through an app that will tell you what machines are available and when you are using them it will notify you when they are done (assuming you are within bluetooth range). There is a 711 next door so you can grab some snacks and drinks after you put your load in. This place definitely needs a remodel And some new machines but otherwise it gets your clothes clean enough to continue about your week and is always open.

We have a washer/dryer at home, but I've been here on a few occasions to do large jobs, like when our tablecloths for our family parties (and our fam parties are HUGE), or when all of the comforters and sleeping bags and stuff need to be washed. Also our washer broke down a couple of times so we had to come back to Azusa coin to get caught up with laundry til things at home were back up and running. Lots of machines, large and XL, so you can do multiple loads. Like I said, I'm often washing linens, or blankets or large items, so that helps out a lot. I like that they have carts labeled as soiled so you can kinda use those before you load up and grab one of the non-labeled ones (assuming folks are following the rules) for your stuff when it comes out of the washer. It doesn't hurt to wipe down the cart...I do. Luckily, I haven't been there when it was busy...typically I come on a Friday morning or on a Sunday afternoon when I do. Everything is COIN-operated, no QR codes or apps like at some of the more modern laundromats, but it's fine with me because it likely keeps the costs of each load a little lower than the fully automated spots. There is a quarter machine right in front. Plan it out right or you'll be walking around with a pocketful full of extra change. There's a little ceasar's pizza next door, so if you're hungry and don't want to grab something from the vending machines in the place, you can hit that up, as well as some other spots...I haven't really explored much because I'm usually working while I launder...clothes that is. Parking is pretty easy and staff has been helpful when I've needed someone. There is WiFi, but all of the times I've been there, I could not locate the attendant and ask what it was. So that's the only thing I haven't learned about this place yet. :) Overall, place could be a teeny bit cleaner, but it is clean enough for me. Great for your mass laundry needs.
