The tone and lack of accountability were completely unacceptable. At this point, this feels like a basic operational failure combined with poor customer service. Updating billing information should be straightforward, and customers shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the same issue or be spoken to disrespectfully. I expect better professionalism and competence from a business handling recurring payments. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend this location.

He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. Apparently Cobblestone has found a new/novel way to fraud its customers out of their money. In…read moreshort, they create nonsense policies and hire teenage boys to enforce them. When challenged for the absurdity and stupidity of the policies, they claim trespassing and call the local authorities to have customers removed for trespassing. I have been a member of the unlimited wash services from this company for over a decade now, with mostly good service; UNTIL NOW. I have owned and enrolled over half a dozen vehicles in this service and even recommended it, but that has come to a sad end. Apparently there are morons at the manager level that are not there to explain a policy that is not posted until AFTER you pay your money, and then once they've got your dime, they turn you away over something so simple as having weighted ballast in the bed of a pickup truck. Now I'll be the first to recommend removing a trailer hitch to protect the rotating brushes that do the work of removing the grime from your bumper. And I have absolutely NO issue securing a load or removing items that can blow or be caught in the rotating brushes (from the bed, to be replaced after cleaning), but this location refuses to allow a pickup truck to pass through the wash with 500lbs of double-bagged/sealed sandbags in the bed, out of reach of any equipment mind you. Instead they offer argumentative teenage boys who have no customer service skills and offer no assistance in determining the safety of the policy and how it applies. NOPE. They have your money, AND they own the property, so they can simply have you "removed" for asking for clarity or common sense on the matter. I can say that I would NOT EVER/NEVER recommend this company or its services. I have turned a blind eye to the lack of chemicals when the service sucks and barely washes the car. The service staff doing a crap job of actually wiping interior services, but the ultimate was paying $150 for a detail and then having to take the vehicle home and then cleanse all the armor all off of the armrest to then scrub the dirt from it that was supposed to be taken care of during the detail process. The staff has high overturn rate, and the prices rise for no reason, especially on the monthly plans. They don't even mention the points that can be redeemed, and their online website doesn't allow user accounts to view the benefits and account status. Of course signing up is easy, and they get your money, but good luck on canceling this service, short of canceling your credit card. I hope someone reading this saves themselves the pain and wasteful use of their time/money.

There are other car washes in the area that will have better service, a better experience, better customer service, and spare your car from damage. I was involved in a 3 car car accident while inside--YUP....THREE-car car accident. They put cars in here tight and close. I had issues being loaded to start. Somehow loaded my car in and then loaded two behind me. While in neutral--was rear ended not once, not twice, but three times before I had to drive my car out of the car wash. My car--a car I haven't had more than 2 months now has a 2 ft long dent. The manager never came to address any of us. The attendant took our information and photos. It has been a couple weeks and I got 1 phone call asking for me and letting me know it was under investigation and that I would be contacted--I only know that the "investigation" was done and "all" parties were talked to and the lead driver braked and moved their (my) steering wheel--reading responses on my reviews on Google and the BBB....amazing what happens when you're being hit numerous times...no formal follow up. Pretty unprofessional and disappointing. Thank goodness for insurance--they will be doing their own investigation! Please just go elsewhere! Save yourself the stress, nightmare, and headache! No I don't want to come back either.

I'm fairly certain my credit card was compromised at this very location. The reason I say that is simple -- it was the only place that particular card had been used at all. When I handed my card to the female attendant, she noticeably reacted to the metal card, tapping it on her clipboard and making a "hmm" type of remark. She then walked away to process the payment and was gone for an unusually long time -- long enough that it raised immediate concern about what was happening with the card out of sight. Shortly after, my credit card company contacted me to report that the card had been compromised. Naturally, I reached out to the company to report the situation and request that it be investigated. I exchanged several emails with their customer service department and asked that the matter be reviewed, including checking the cameras. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up and seriousness in addressing the concern was disappointing. From the response I received, it appeared the issue was simply passed along with no meaningful update or accountability, which only reinforced my concerns. When something involving customer financial security is raised, I would expect a much more proactive and transparent response. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and based on how this situation was handled, I would not return. Customers trust businesses with sensitive information, and protecting that trust should always be a top priority. Saluti.

It's frustrating to be paying for a membership when basic services and amenities aren't even usable. What made the experience worse was seeing an employee focused on selling memberships instead of addressing the obvious issues around the property. The priority should be maintaining the facility and creating a positive experience that actually makes customers want to sign up. Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I hope management takes steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service at this location.
