Also I had 2 front seat stains from coffee and one in backseat from milk that could not be removed without extractor. Coffee I can see staining but Milk stain should have easily come out. It was hot and he worked by himself 4.5 hours because his partner couldn't show, so I didn't make a fuss about it, but paying allot and having stuff missed was disappointing. Everything else looked good. Not sure if the vent smell is gone until we turn on the heater but hoping it is. everything else was cleaned and nice looking.

He came to my house picked up my truck, washed and detailed it, and left it locked and ready for me to pick up. Your miles may vary considering he lives 2 blocks away from me but you cannot beat that service! My truck looked like it did when new. I paid for a full detail and for once I got a full detail. Even the engine bay was spotless. This is a 4wd truck that hasn't been washed all winter...driving in the snow and mud. It seems like the other bad reviews were accurate in that they will ghost you, but I guess it depends on your luck - if you're one of the lucky ones that they'll show up to do a great job for as the other great reviews stated. So Joel showed up exactly on time, did both of our vehicles quickly and left us sparkling! Moreover, he is a personable and knowledgable professional who was able to educate about the type of paint coating on our vehicles, and we found out we needed to have something done to one of our cars to protect it in the desert sun.
