I'm not sure how the prices compare to other laundromats...it's $5.00 for a load in the largest washer and $0.25 for every 4 minutes in the large dryers. I continued using this place only because it's the closest to my apartment, but I'll definitely be finding a new laundromat as soon as possible.

There was laundry detergent spilled on the floor and if that was not caught, it could have ruined someone's clean clothes or been a safety hazard while transporting clothing. Great catch you guys. I also felt comfortable here. The parking lot was busy, but I was able to get in up close and find a washing machine to quickly start laundry. The prices were decent, but being completely transparent, I have not had to utilize a laundromat in a really long time. I like the area, because there were plenty of food places to grab lunch while my clothes were washing. Tables were high enough & baskets rolled well. Although it was an unfortunate situation for my washing machine to go out, this facility made that hardship able to be easily accomplished.

I came across Laundry Unlimited, and it's probably the nicest laundromat I've ever been to!!! First of all it's modern, so you don't need to lug around quarters!!! Second, the facility itself was extremely clean, and there was an attendant on site if you needed help. Even walking into the establishment was easy - imagine they have wide sliding doors that automatically open, so you're not having to juggle bags and try to open the door simultaneously! Pricing was a little more expensive than your average laundromat, but in my opinion it was worth it, to be able to do your laundry in a spacious and clean environment. One important thing to note, the laundromats are high tech now! They have touch screen, and it's best to install the Speed Queen App on your phone before coming here. I admit it did take me like 2 minutes to get everything set up. You can add a payment method, then you add funds to the app. There is a vending machine where you can also pay by cash as well. You will need to go into the App and select the Machine number. You can either start by selecting options through your phone or on the touch screen. There are the usual settings and options for Temperature, Washing Type etc. I loved that they had a bedding option! All in all, if I have bulky items for washing, I'm coming here!!!

The location was super clean and well-organized. I liked that the machines were arranged by size, with the larger ones up front and smaller ones in the back--this made everything really easy to navigate. There was plenty of seating, plus vending machines for both laundry supplies and snacks. They even had a children's area with coloring books, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. The employee I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain how everything worked. I did two loads of laundry for about $7 and was in and out in around an hour. Honestly, I'd come back just to wash bigger items like comforters since my own machines always struggle with bedding. Definitely a great first laundromat experience!

She denied to serve me because of a video I took a couple months ago of her- Mind y'all I haven't been there in weeks nor never posted this video of her anywhere but sent it to literally one person and it got back to her apparently that I filmed her acting a fool at the establishment she works at. She refused to serve me for that reason alone despite me being sober and just being a patron at the bar, yet I'm a reasonable person and told her that I never posted it anywhere on social media and she rebutteled with "well why did you take a video of me and Matt" I told her I did because it was too much going on that night and it felt necessary. Now, I feel compelled to show you guys how she treats her patrons. As I was walking out of suds I told her that I was going to report her to management about her behavior and she blanked on me saying she was "management" - screaming and yelling like she did on the people in that video. She threw a corona bottle at me that hit my face and bruised my chin. Don't support this establishment or this person. She's is abrasive and abusive to her patrons and customers if she doesn't like you. I don't know how this place still employs Laura, clearly she was wasted in the video. The employees at these places also do other hardcore recreational drugs hence the anger issues. It was centrally-located, clean, staffed with busy but friendly and helpful people, offered great machines and clearly, printed signs with information. You must first purchase a $1 reusable/reloadable Royal credit/debit card (using cash or credit). It works only on their clean, neat, late-model washers and dryers. The staff member who greeted me first was named Brie and was especially helpful -- checking on my progress and offering to help, if necessary, a couple of times. Great decision to wash and dry a couple of laundry loads, here, tonight!
