After a further miscommunication was cleared up, Kyle came by at 4 and did the job. Laid out a tarp, played with my dog, cleaned the chimney, and patched a small crack in the back. Here we are a year later land it low on freon again, freezing up in the heat of the summer and they can't even come out for 2 more day
