Also the door to get to the elevators is locked all the times we've been there and we had to walk down the car entrance to the ramp. the garage itself is nice and clean, and easy to navigate. the location is convenient, but the shady scam of how they charge you is not worth it. Park at Ramp A. It's owned by the city and at least you know what you're paying.

It simply wasn't designed to accommodate that kind of volume at once.

You do need your car's licence plate number and a credit card, along with a cell phone number. I was set. You get a quiet timer if you pay through the browser. Roughly an hour before your time expires, you get a text message. I slept through mine at 5 am. Beauty sleep prevailed. I spent a good 2.5 hours parked. It's a good place to park. The rate was right in a vibrant, safe neighbourhood. I'd return here if I need to park in this area. (393)

After 10 min of holding up was able to get my code to work no thanks to the garage. They also double charged my card for the reservation and its impossible to contact anyone to get support for a reimbursement.

Rather than paying $40 per night for valet at the hotel, we paid $20 for overnight on a Friday night and $10 for overnight on a Saturday night. We were really surprised to only be charged $10 when we left on Sunday at about 11:30 am (we had put the car in the garage around 3:30 pm on Saturday).* Like most garages, there are no in-and-out privileges. The valet parking at the Embassy did come with in-and-out privileges, and they'll bring your car around to the front for you. You pay as you go in this lot though. You have to wind your way around to the third floor to get a ticket, and a good deal of the spots are reserved (which you cannot park in of course). However, even for New Year's Eve weekend, there were plenty of spots available in the first two levels. Before we knew we could get to the garage through the skywalk when we wanted to get the car on Saturday, we tried walking outside in the -0 temps. That was a mistake, and it turned out to be really misleading how to enter the building from the outside. Each locked door led to another door, which also turned out to be locked. We walked back in and asked the front desk at our hotel how to get through from the inside. The night we parked there initially, we also didn't know about the skywalk connection, but fortunately the hotel entrance was just a half block down from where we exited. *The pricing sign was really unclear, and we felt lucky to get charged only $10 for parking overnight on the weekend. There was a lot of fine print too, so I'm not convinced that the pricing is consistent. We left happy to pay only $30 total for two nights (we took the car out just for a few hours on Saturday). You also cannot park for more than 24 hours at a time without calling ahead and/or having a reserved spot.

I contacted them for an estimate and was asked to bring our vehicle by. This happened to be a cold winter day when we arrived. I believe it was Patrick came outside to greet us. Took pictures of the damage and a picture of our VIN number. We never had to get out into the cold. He told us he would send us an estimate in a few days. True to his word we received our estimate. Hass worked with the insurance company for the individual that hit us. We scheduled a time to drop off our vehicle. A few days later when we picked up our vehicle, I have to say it looked like a brand new vehicle. The bumper looked perfect. Overall a great experience that did deliver customer service that was second to none. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of needed body, glass or repair work, Haas Collision and Glass is highly recommended!

I had an appointment that I arranged via email. They were prompt with bringing my car back for the oil change and I was out within half an hour. During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! To me those were clear signs that these people take care of their customers and the customers keep coming back! I'm glad I found this place for all my future car maintenance
