In November 2021, I visited his office to get copies of some of the documentation from the 2017 case. While waiting for the copies to be presented to me I quietly paced in the lobby. Within minutes Michael Jacobs himself stormed down from his office to ask me what I needed. When I told him that I was waiting for copies of my paperwork he told me to sit down. I told him that I was fine standing and that I would be leaving shortly (as soon as I got the copies, which I was told would be ready in a few minutes). He aggressively told me again to sit down. This encounter made me extremely uncomfortable. I regret working with this firm and cannot believe how poorly they treated me, their customer (who paid their office $5K for their mediocre services).
