Things are complicated in my L&I claim. 2 knee replacements in 4 years. (21' partial, 25' full replacement-revision) I had 2 operations in 2014 from original injury, 4 operations total. L&I refused my on the job injury for a clearly on the job injury. For 6 months i had no income and no way to take care of my injury at the height of covid. Hired this firm to help with my L&I claim, they started out ok but when they learned they could not make any money off me they cowardly left me hanging and withdrew there services, the Attorneys do NO work on your case just a paralegal does named Linda Brent, she is worthless not very knowledgeable about L&I laws and never returns calls.
