I found this company on my own (No referral) I liked the website, saw complimentary reviews, and went with it (Mark O'Halloran) You know what's hard? It's having an injury that no one sees (I have a post-concussion syndrome from a rear end accident) Sometimes my own kids would say, "Come on!" thinking I couldn't really have forgotten things I should have remembered (important things) Now - how to get an insurance company to take you seriously? Well, that was Mr. O'Halloran's job. He was 100% committed to taking my case to trial if necessary. I never sensed he wanted to settle. His main focus was honoring what I wanted to do. We went through mediation (a step to take before trial) and I didn't have high hopes. The opposing insurance company had low-balled and dragged their feet every step of the way. I assumed they'd give me a low settlement offer and we'd head off to court. But that didn't happen. Mr. O'Halloran had done his homework and presented a compelling case. The opposing insurance offered a lot more than I thought. Now I have some money tucked away for retirement and I didn't have to convince strangers (the jury) that even though I looked perfectly normal, I wasn't. And even after the large settlement offer, Mr. O'Halloran did not put any pressure on me to settle. He told me it was my decision and he'd stand by me. with whatever choice I made. And I believed him. We were on Zoom, and I could see on his face 100% sincerity. He put my best interests before money. Do I recommend this office? - YES, I'd hire them in a heartbeat - for me, my kids, friends, etc. Their biggest assets are honesty, empathy, transparency, and results. (And good advice) The bottom line, I felt valued and respected through the entire process. I believe Mr. O'Halloran sincerely felt bad that I was going through not only physical and emotional challenges, but also legal. The accident and resulting injuries were horrible (the lowest spot in my life) but Mr. O'Halloran made it bearable. And now when I think about my accident, I actually have some good feelings around it which is a miracle in itself!

What should have been an open and shut case turned into 2 cases that were more complex than I ever thought they would be. What I went through, I wouldn't wish on anybody. However, if you are reading this review it is likely you are in a similar position. Let me tell you why I am happy that I ended up with Anthony as my attorney. At first, I was surprised by the price tag, but it was a flat fee. As this case went on, ultimately that was the best decision. As with any professional relationship, you have expectations for the person you are hiring, and you want to do what you can to make their job easier. I will say that Anthony not only met my expectations on a professional level but he more than exceeded my expectations on a personal level. After a few conversations with Anthony and particularly one difficult conversation while we were waiting for the judge to return with her decision, I not only saw but truly felt the genuine humanity and concern that Anthony has for his clients, in this case me. At that point, even had I lost one or both cases, which I did not, we won both, I knew without a doubt I made the right decision with Anthony. I hope I never need another lawyer that specializes in Protection Orders again but if I do there is no question who I will be calling. Other lawyers that I had talked to made me feel like I was at fault for not continuing care, for not reaching out earlier, etc. when I had no idea what I was doing because I had never been hit by a car before. For context, I'm the first buyer into this HOA after Dimension Law helped to establish it only 10 months ago. Katy, after sandbagging us for weeks, refusing to honor our mandatory HOA Transfer Meeting, finally met with all of the new buyers to transfer it to us. From the beginning of the threads with the attorneys, I have flagged inaccuracies on descriptions of our property (vastly incorrect bedroom / bathroom count), but instead of correcting them, I've been getting pressured into accepting an amendment proposed by the seller, and will only get my descriptions updated should I accept a preposterous amendment which would take away our parking by redrawing the property map. I continue to refuse the amendment, but now it's unclear if we'll be receiving an accurate unit description. I've inquired about even paying for the amendment ourselves but haven't gotten any straight answer. Emails go unanswered, questions remain, problems persist.
