They do not respond to their clients. I have been with them since 2022 and oct 2023 to oct 2024 I heard nothing even though I sent my paralegal updateds and question. They did not prep me for my case when It went to board for my work injury. I was called the night before had no idea I was being asked to call in. They send me bills for my doctor to speak around 3 grand but didn't tell me I had we has to pay for this. But won't answer my question about it. After giving this agency my case I began to have problems in Pierce county and king county. Very serious. I've been harassed people are speaking about my case that my lawyer only had info about I've had trouble with king county work source and housing authority. This problem started in 2022 when I gave this law firm my case. I was told by Ginney at the tukwilla worksource office that "they can find you they have you social". I'm not for sure who she was referring to but my food stamps have been getting stolen and my card is not missing. read more

Worst experience ever! I would expect a lawyer to be more professional and not look like he just rolled out of bed from a Wal-Mart! Talking to him was impossible he was ALL about the money when we went in for my brothers consultation he didn't even acknowledge us in the waiting room, he presented a totally weak handshake which should have been a clue that it was not going to be a good meeting. He interrupted us the whole time never let us finish a sentence made my brother feel unimportant and everything was why would I take this "IT WON'T MAKE ME ANY MONEY" I felt like I was talking to an ambulance chaser. I would not recommend this place for your L&I law suit very unprofessional so much so we asked for the intake paperwork back because it had all his personal information in it and when we got it he had literally folded it multiple times and it was in his pocket instead of immediately destroyed makes me nervous where it could have ended up with his social security number on it. What is more appling is the fact they refused to return it until he went back in and then they acted all shady and inconvenienced by it all. Felt like a criminal. So disappointed not at all what the reviews reflected makes me think they are falsified it's disconcerting to me. read more

I've never had to contact an attorney before, so this was a new experience for myself and family. My mom was in a car accident. Ashton Dennis was very responsive by phone and email. I am a disabled worker(painter). I went for a surgery on my back Feb 2017. My shoulder was ripped out in hospital during surgery. Attorney Ashton Dennis and this law firm needs a little more experience under their belt to get you the settlement you deserve. Ten years from now and with new paralegals and staff who know how to write professional letters and other correspondence, they will be an excellent law firm. HOWEVER, I wouldn't recommend putting your money at stake while they cut their teeth. When I read the other person's attorney's correspondence and the way they articulated MY side to the insurance company I wished I had hired them instead of this law firm. Nice enough attorneys at WA Law Center. Horrible and unprofessional paralegals and other staff. And, not enough experience. I don't care if they've been in business 10+ years and won ten cases. Very Professional and helpful. Filed bankruptcy through this firm and they took care of everything. They will work with you on payments. After I hired this firm, all debt collectors stopped calling. Even after the bankruptcy was filed and discharged, they still helped me with debt collectors that were still trying to collect. read more

The absolute worst representation ever. These people could not get the job done even after my spine specialist handed them the case. Working With Washington law center I l didn't get a single day of treatment , no benefits even after my back specialist took me off duty for four months with a disability, and terminated from employment while on FMLA. I am a union member on FMLA to be terminated is almost impossible. If it wasn't fir my girlfriend being a paralegal I would've really been screwed . We did majority if not all of the work. The day that I went to the IME which is a work comp doctor claiming that theyre a mutual party but are actually in place to send injured workers back to work I called my attorneys for help. The response that I was given was we've decided to walk away from you at this time. They abandoned me on the spot. No game plan or fight. I called three different departments and received the same response which lets me know that this was premeditated. I cannot say enough great things about Ashton Dennis and his team at Washington Law Center! My family was involved in a serious car accident at the fault of a careless driver.
