No way to contact BABE if you have a problem There was no problem have a problem when they sold me a $3200 unit! I can't recommend BABE. They are expensive and IMPOSSIBLE to contact if you need service and help. And they blocked our floor drain. We have not been able use our air in August. Judy .

Everything combined with a 10-year warranty was close to $20000. Fast forward a few months later (Feb/March), I discovered there had been mice entering through the vent pipe hole they (Babe Plumbing) poorly insulated. I tried to get a hold of them to resolve it but their voicemail always full. I wrote an inquiry on their website and never got any response. A few weeks after that, I tried to turn on my brand new AC they just installed months ago, and to my surprise, it didn't work! I kept trying to get a hold of them but had no luck. I had to hire a different company to come out and they told me the installer (Babe Plumbing) had completely messed up the wiring and it would require another $2000 to get the AC to work. If you have read this far, please learn from my mistake and NEVER work with this company.
