Absolutely a horrible company! Every week I have to contact them for a missed pick up. I have filed multiple complaints and nothing is ever resolved. They put in a permanent note of where the bins are located and still can't seem to pick them up. This is a terrible company to work with. Several times they did not pick up trash or recycling on the scheduled dates. Their prices were raised so much that I cancelled their service. Now I am being charged $94.00 to pick up the trash cans. Do not use this company! read more

So upset with this company. I placed my request online because when I called the lady said it was cheaper that way, that was June 7th and I was suppose to have my containers by the 11th. I called the 13th and the lady apologized and asked for my email and said I would have an email by morning with a date. Nope, nothing. So I called once again and the lady apologized placed me on hold to contact the place that delivers them and reassured me I would have my containers by end of day and she would call me first thing this morning 15th to check. Once again, nope and no follow up. It seems this company is very good at reassuring you but not with the follow through. Then I get a bill that I owe them 5.89 more. I paid what I was told to ahead of time. Now my sunroom is stinking of trash and I have no means to get rid of my trash. I absolutely love Waste Management and I would not want any other service. I have had their service for a very long time. They are very professional, courteous, and treats the customer with respect. Habitat Conservation Our long-term goal is to create 100 certified wildlife habitat sites and protect 25,000 acres by the year 2020. So how are we doing? We've actually already met that goal, a decade ahead of schedule. This company gives the worst customer service they say they pick up trash that they've not picked up that's flying all over your yard when you come home they don't bring you the recycling cans the day that you pay a year in advance and then they want to tell you because they're not doing their job that they won't give you your money back and then they finally send the trash can out that was supposed to be April 15th have to call in the 16th about it and they tell me they put in a wrong work order and then they can't deliver it to me so I ask to speak to the supervisor he's not in his own office so he doesn't run his business the supervisor to the trash guys aren't there either and the only one there is the girls in the office not a very well-run business and then when they do finally bring me the trash recycling the guy leaves it on my neighbor's property and won't even bring it the worst people to get anything from do not do business with these people my opinion read more

They have total disregard for customer service. They routinely wake up the neighborhood at 4:00am.

This company is very unprofessional in its behavior and in its contracting -- requiring onerous terms. We are in a new development turning over from the developer ... Waste Mgt refused to accommodate our new schedule, so we hired a different waste disposal company, to start in a week, whereupon Waste Mgt canceled its service in the middle of its weekly trash pickup. No notice, no communication. Then they refused to answer their phone. We will never .... never ... never ... use them again. read more
