After 45 minutes, I called them back and he said he was still working on it and would call me. About 20 minutes later a very nice girl called to say they would be there within 90 minutes. By 11 pm, they still hadn't showed up and several calls to their 24/7 phone lines I made throughout the evening went unanswered. I ended up calling another company on Friday morning and they had me in my car within an hour. Two of the companies who couldn't help me on Thursday night actually called on Friday morning to make sure I was okay. I thought that was very professional. I haven't heard one word from Speedy. Think twice before calling!
