this is the worst company I have ever used. The fees and extra charges are absolutely ridiculou!!! Two months and they're saying I owe them over 300.00 for regular once a week pickup that gets missed constantly!!! I've tried to cancel my service but thry make that very difficult as well. Egregious! They charge 2x more than most locals and they lie about correspondence . After 6 yrs, one late bill( for a Christmas tree pick up charge), they wanted to charge $77.00 for late and reinstatement fees!!! Horrible! Possibly the worst choice for residential service! I started service in May and they charged me for starting service in March... I called because I saw a new bill the next month and that's when they notified me of the mistake. then for my next bill over a month and a half out she said that she couldn't correct the charge so I would be charged the full amount for a 3rd time... Finally after threatening to leave they supposedly corrected the issue (and it was corrected online as well) and told me I would be prorated. Nope I was still charged the full amount! I also had to argue with a representative about how their extra charges work. They told me it was based on a %, but on a lower bill they were charging me MORE at the same percent.... I don't know how that works, but was promised a phone call the next business day and over a month later still no call for an explanation... Not only that but they have now missed two scheduled pick-ups since may! Don't recommend using them at all! Try ABC I might be switching to them tomorrow. -A very upset customer! read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible..... 4 weeks in a row I've had to call to have the crew come back out to recover additional trash cans they failed to pick up the first time they came out, I pay for 3 large trash cans to be picked up weekly. The crew has either skipped my house or chose to only pick up 1 of my cans... Extremely dissapointed. I've spoke with multiple managers and as of today I'm still having issues. If if could rate this company below zero I would! They are by far the worst waste management company. Charged us twice and rather than refund us the overpayment they put a credit on our account. We have not had a pick up since June 10th, it is now July 9th. We have spent hours on the phone and sending emails trying to get our trash picked up but to no avail. promises made an broker repeatedly. Supervisors don't return calls and there is no acknowledgement or understanding of the issues we have experienced with them. They over charge and provide the WORST service. This company is terrible. They do not pick up when they are suppose to. They skip weeks at a time leaving the customer to have to dispose of their waste at a public dump. I not recommend this service to anyone that expects their waste to be picked up on a regular basis!! On the rare occasion they pick up, they don't take all the waste. They have left one trash can full after emptying the others. Ridiculous! After complaining, they would not give a refund unless we had "exact dates" that were missed- The worst customer service ever!!! read more
