This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. I always have to call to get my trash picked up. If I'm throwing away yard trash I call them days in advance and they still don't pick it up. I scheduled a sofa to be picked up and they never showed. The damn this is sitting in my front lawn for days now. If there is any other company that's picks up trash in Navarre area please let me know because I will cancel them in a heartbeat. read more

Well Waste Pro for Cape Coral Fla. really sucks. A month ago we put some small palm fronds out to be picked up by our trash people. They were not picked up and during the week we added some more clipping to the pile but again they were not picked up so we called and got the same song and dance, " We'll contact the crew because they are still in that area, we'll contact the supervisor to check on it. The following week we added more to the pile as it is spring and we are doing spring yard cleanup. Needless to say it was not picked up again and after several calls and many broken promises they had the audacity to come out to my house and put a ticket on the pile because it was too big, I hired a couple to comply with the company's rules and bundled everything so it could be picked up and called to tell this company what we had done only to be told they were charging me$150.00 to pick it up WHAT THE HELL DO I PAY THE CITY AND COUNTY FOR IF I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE MY TRASH PICKED UP Unfortunately we can't hire another waste company and not have to pay this RIPOFF company with their lazy drivers What is up with our City Council that keeps renewing this contract. I'm sure , in fact I know I'm not the only one dissatisfied with the company but I guess when you have the city and county by way of a contract you can blow everybody else off. read more

Pathetic. I had a pile of palm fronds out for pickup. They did not take them and left a pink note. Branch need to be tied and bundled no more than 50 pounds. Clippings need to be bagged. These are PALM FRONDS. Right from their own website palm fronds can be any length, do not need to be bundled and just need to be put in a pile. That's exactly what I have. The truck was right down the road. Guess what, no habla. How do you fill out the sticker if you don't habla. Called twice and sent an email with pictures. Haven't heard anything. This is what happens when there is no competition. Well after 4 emails including the general manager, 4 phone calls and a visit in person to the Cape Coral city hall office the fronds got picked up. This is after 3 weeks. They were not picked up because of all the time I invested they were picked up because I questioned the driver. He insisted Palm fronds need bundled. I can't tell you how many times Waste Pro does not come to our development to pick up the recycles. The management calls them continually to tell them that this is unacceptable only to have it happen over and over again. They are truly pro's at being a total WASTE! read more

They are good at picking up the brown and green trash bins but awful with bulk waste. Sometimes couches, furniture, appliances, etc sits out there for weeks. They rely on customers to call. The driver puts a note on the pile of trash telling them to call for pickup. Most of the time, the residents have already vacated or never see the notice that was left. They should be PRO active. The driver could notate where theE trash piles are located at the end of their shift for a pick up the next day. Piles of trash sitting there for weeks makes our city look trashy. read more

I would think that Waste Pro would "try" to do better with all the adverse "press" of late. Today, and continued on from past times, I had a couple of palm frands laying together in my drive way. They picked up one and moved the rest into my lawn and left them. Guys I know its not rocket science but really? Sloppy and lazy. read more

Horrible service! The absolute worst service ever! Don't bother calling them either. They just tell you the same thing over and over and nothing gets resolved. I have yet to speak to a manager after repeatedly asking. Drowning in 2 weeks worth of garbage with no help in sight! Do not use this service! read more

To UPDATE my last review, and to be fair to Waste Pro, I was able to speak with Angela a regional manager for Waste Pro. She was an absolute delight to speak with and she apologized profusely about the lack of service. She got right on the problem and solved it within 30 minutes. She did a follow up call back to me and asked if my TV was picked up and as I went to the front door, it was!!! Wow...that was quick. Kudos to Angela, she is an asset to Waste Pro!! Took out a small palm last week and cut the trunk into small chunks weighing 25 to 30 pounds. I put it out for the 3/14/18 pickup. The fronds were neatly piled and so were the foot long pieces of trunk. Nothing was picked up except 2 cans of yard waste. I called Wastepro the same day and was told I would called by a supervisor within 2 to 5 days. It is now 1 week later and no word from a supervisor. They came to pick up my yard waste today and I asked them why they didn't pick lt up last week. I was told that the fronds were not bundled and the trunk pieces must be less than 50 pounds. I explained to them that palm fronds do not need to be bundled and the trunk pieces were far less than 50 pounds. They finally took all of it. Sounds like last weeks crew was lazy and obviously no supervision. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. These people are absolute assholes who pick up the trash. They leave trash everywhere, don't pick up what they leave if it falls out of the truck or bin. It was raining out and they wouldn't get out of the truck to pick up the bags that were placed on the ground. People over the phone are incredibly rude and have no idea what they are doing. read more

Terrible service. I never write complaints about a company but this company is the first. Besides the fact that every week I get home my cans are flipped all over my yard and NEVER upright for me, my trash man are extremely lazy. I cut down a tree and spent 2 hours trimming the tree branches to under 5 feet and 5-12lbs each. I stacked it nicely at the road. Of course my garbage men didn't take it. I had to call 3 times over 3 weeks to get someone to come out and they want me to pay $35 to have it picked up. It would take 5 minutes to throw these branches in the hopper. I worked for Waste Management in Lehigh and we took everything regardless of what it was. I have princess pick up in the cape with Waste Pro. You can not get a manager on the phone and the front staff wont let you talk to them. They just want my money and don't want to help out at all. See attached photos and you will see how easy it is to throw in the back of the truck. If they want me to bundle it in ropes they are crazy as it would take 5 hours to do that. This branches are appropriate size and weight and stacked nicely for pickup. Waste Pro is a terrible company in Cape Coral!!! read more

once again their service sucks. I put an extra trash can at the curbe witk loose weeds and bagged weeds and they didn't empty the can. I'm going to contact the city of cape coral and find out when their contract ends and try and get them to hire a different company I will post that date hopefully everybody will contact the city to put an end to this horrible service this company gives. since when should garbage men dictate what their going to pick up.I also had one time where their horticulture pick up crew gave me hard time about picking up some tree branches I cut down in the time they talked down to me could have done their job for them these are the worst garbage people in the world need to throw them out like garbage read more
