My wife is concerned…read more She hears me talk of a man named Gary, and sees money disappear from the bank account, all for this mysterious business owner. See, Gary specialises in vintage clocks and watches. He brings these marvellous pieces back to life with his expert work. I purchased my first classic Swiss watch from him, a 1960s-era Omega Seamaster, and with it I caught the sickness. Whether you're in the market for a vintage mechanical watch, grandfather clock, or repair of an heirloom watch, Gary is your man. His expertise and passion are evident in his work and his carefully curated collection. No matter your price point, Gary will sort you out, and you will become a steward of history.

I asked many questions on the watch and got all the questions answered. I had a good experience and would recommend to all my friends and family. It has been 2 months and the watch is still good. Every now and again I would pop in the store to ask for more details about the watch as it has many features. The staff are always friendly here. They do not get annoyed with me. That is good enough for me.
This is a large furniture warehouse outlet for Willen Hospice Charity. They have a large selection…read moreof furniture here, beds, wardrobes, sofa's, tables amongst smaller items as well right down to games and cutlery. I found some of the items to be a bit tatty and worn out for the price they were trying to charge, eg a bedside cabinet covered in stickers that had been half pulled off and was chipped and scraped for £30. You could get one from Ikea for cheaper and not have to put in a lot of work to try and get it sorted. Although other items were well priced and you can find a bargain. I think it is a fab idea as it is earning money for Willen Hospice which is an amazing organisation and it is recycling as well. They do a delivery service if you need it for your large items as well which is pretty handy. There are marked parking bays outside but it is pretty busy here so you may have to park out on the roadside and walk over.

I do browse this shop occasionally but usually steer clear of the clothing because i think its overpriced seeing as its donated clothing. I have seen items marked up at more than i have seen the clothing on sale new but at the end of the day its all goes to a good cause. They usually have a selection of gifts, secondhand and new, toys, books, dvds and usually loads of videos as do all the shops - noone wants them anymore. The only thing that puts me off about this shop is the prices so i usually only browse unless i see a real bargain which isn't very often.

It is opposite the King Harry pub and has it's own parking area. My daughter was christened here and it's a great church to visit, or to come to regularly. The vicar Rev David Ridgeway is very friendly and approachable and I'm sure he'd welcome any newcomers. At church on a Sunday there is a pretty full congregation, lots of families and also people who have been coming to the church for a long time. The fairs are well attended. St Stephens is partnered with St Julians nearby. The church holds Brownies on a Tuesday evening at 6pm and a toddler group on Friday morning at 10am as well as other events.

The prices are cheap for most things in there, for most computer components, the high-end product will normally work out half the price of the basic version in PC World.
