My husband went in with a toothache and asked the front desk staff if this was a dental clinic. He…read morewas told yes. Before being seen, he asked again to confirm it was a dental clinic, and was told yes a second time. He paid a $115 consultation fee believing he would be treated for his tooth pain. Only after paying and being seen did staff tell him this was not a dental clinic and he needed to see a dentist instead. We also gave them his health insurance information at check-in, only to later be told it wasn't accepted. We feel we were misled into paying for a visit that never addressed the actual problem he came in for. Would not recommend without confirming services and insurance directly before paying anything.

She took my information (I'm withholding her name to be nice), for payment. Then asked what we would be getting seen for, I asked if it mattered in being accepted. She said no, LIE. As soon as she heard I needed a referral to pain management for multiple diseases in my back, she said she'd call back. I never heard from her so I selected them as my pcp, as they were accepting new patients. I called to make my first appointment, which only the "screener" can do. I was then informed by the same person that they are full and not accepting new patients. I was referred to them by Blue Cross after a rep had spoken to them to make sure we could go there. Now once again on hold trying to find another dr that hopefully doesn't discriminate against people with real issues. NOT EVERYONE IS A DRUG ADDICT. If you call here, that's how you will be treated. I wanted to try physical therapy to see if it would help my condition, evidentally helping people isn't what they do.

I get told I'm shit out of luck and that if they happen to have a cancellation on Monday they will try to get me in then. So they want me to go the whole weekend, contagious around my 4 & 6 yr old and my strep get worse because of no medicine. Things was so much better when Jennifer Beatty and her staff was there. I used this doctor back in 2019…read morewhen I briefly lived in Alabama and everything went well. we moved back 4 years later and Tricare has slim pickings on doctors so I called Dr Swain again to get established as well as needing a medical clearance for a surgery in July. The lady on the phone was clearly trying to avoid me service even though I had already been a patient before. She continued to say things that clearly stated they didn't want my business. She kept telling me to call Tricare and find someone else and that I should keep my appt with a different doctor even though i told her it wasn't convenient for me. I kept asking her why they wouldn't take me back on as a patient and she kept dancing around the fact they had no intentions of taking me as a patient. They are accepting new patients as it states all over the web. I asked to speak with a manager and she put me on hold and came back to only tell me he same thing and said they would "cross that bridge" at a later date if they would or wouldn't take me on as a patient. This is utter discrimination and ZERO reason why they shouldn't want my business. Stay away! Racism is alive and well here!! I will filing a complaint with the medical board as well.

Had surgery today on my lower back. Woke up in recovery to find find out Dr. Hendrix office across…read morethe road from the surgery center center had my truck towed. We have parked in that parking lot before and never had any problems because thats were we were told to park. That was another $190.00 I didn't have today. Went to talk to Dr. Hendrix office about it all they had to say is I wasn't supposed to park there they had signs up that says employee parking only Not Dr. Hendrix's employee parking only which is misleading. They admitted that the key code on gate wasn't working and the gate was open like always. Not only did they get us but also got another patient. My husband was told by Randy's Towing &Recovery that they would come get him for another $50.00 which was 2.6 miles. So he decided just to walk it to get my truck so we would have away home. This is as low as you can get. Dr. Hendrix's office y'all need to do better! I would not advise anyone to use them. The ladies in the office were ugly about it also and yes I got ugly right back! God don't like ugly.
