First I like to say the pros: Pleasant place, and the staff were very well-behaved and kind. The cons: I was overall seriously underwhelmed by my entire chiropractic experience. For me each routine session consisted of the chiropractor cracking a few knots and maybe giving an at-home exercise. The whole ordeal would take about 5-6 minutes. Then I was laid on my stomach and was given pulse massages via a TENS unit for 10-12 minutes... And that was it. I may be expecting too much from a chiropractic session but I was already using a smaller TENS unit at home; and had family helping with casually cracking my muscle knots. From my friends' experiences with their chiropractor sessions, I was expecting far longer time and more effort - especially for how much they charge. I gave it up after 6-7 sessions.
