She went from her parents' house as a kid into the Army, then had a roommate when she got out of the Army. She met my dad during that time of her life and they were together for over forty years until he passed away. After that, she came to live with me. When the opportunity came for her to have her own place to live, she decided to try Brothers of Mercy. The apartments are small, but her studio apartment is sufficient for just her. The building seems clean and well-kept. The building also seems pretty secure, but I'm frustrated by a few things: 1. They require residents to take their screens out so they can clean the windows. My mom could not get her screen out on her own, so I went to help her. Neither of us could get the screen back in and maintenance would not come do it either. Finally, a friend put it in for her. 2. When she first moved in, there was no towel bar. She was promised one "soon," but soon turned into months. 3. My mom had Covid and required an ambulance last year. There is no way for the EMTs to get in if a resident does not let them in. I think this is a gross oversight. She was too sick to leave and fortunately I had the phone number of someone who knew another resident, who went outside and waited for the ambulance so she could let the EMTs in to assist my mom. It's great that the building is secure for their safety, but something should be done to make it possible for emergency workers to get in to assist when needed. 4. My mom has put calls in to maintenance for various things that have taken far too long to be addressed. Most recently, it's an overhead dome light in the dining area that is very dim and likely to go completely out any day now. Given that this is a ceiling light, neither she nor I can reach it to change the bulb. My thought is that since this is a main source of light in her apartment, it could be a safety concern if it goes out. Keep in mind, this is all from my perspective as the concerned daughter of a woman who taught me that worrying is a lifestyle. She rarely complains and enjoys the programs they offer. There is an elevator; a library with board games, puzzles, and books (including large print); a coin-operated laundry room; a community room; and regular events. I am pretty sure rent includes utilities, cable, and internet. Rent is income-based. No pets are allowed. I'm pretty sure there was a waiting list when my mom was trying to get in, but she is a military veteran, so she was given priority on the list. That feels like everything you need to know in a rather large nutshell.

They refused to provide any…read morefirm pricing until I put down a $10,000 "refundable" deposit, which in hindsight should have been a major red flag. Once the deposit was paid, I asked multiple times for a quote. It took nearly two weeks to receive, and what I got was a generic two-page summary with minimal detail and vague estimates. After deciding not to move forward, I asked for my deposit back on Thursday, October 30th. Instead of promptly returning it, they first tried to sell me another property and said the deposit "wasn't ready." Communication was evasive and inconsistent from that point on. A full week later, they finally issued a refund on November 6th, but only after deducting $1,750 in "fees." According to their letter, this included charges like $95 for a meeting, $95 for correspondence (Texts), and hundreds more for "estimating" and "drafting," even though I was only ever provided one of their standard layouts with small changes. There was no true itemized evidence of custom drafting or real estimating work to justify those costs. What was presented as a refundable deposit turned into a slow, frustrating process with arbitrary deductions and poor communication. It took over a week after my refund request just to get a partial check back. If transparency, professionalism, and trust matter to you, I strongly recommend avoiding this builder.

Starting with Lisa it felt more like talking with a family member than a sales pitch. Devyn at the design center helped us design everything with meticulous detail, and was always available to help us pick the right accents. Would highly recommend Natale!

EXCEPTIONAL, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL: Can't…read moreimage that ANYONE else would thoroughly inspect, explain, provide detailed documentation, and be more honest and have more pride in his work than Adam. I feel sorry for people who buy their homes w/o inspections or use an inspector like the ones that I've used in the past. I had no idea that this is how it should be done... The house that I ended up purchasing was inspected by Adam for the SELLER before he put it on the market. I was BLOWN AWAY by the extensive amount of detail, pictures, and the summary + explanation of issues to address immediately, or in the near future, that was in Adam's report. It was clearly evident that Adam had gone through the house with a "fine-toothed comb" and disclosed even minor issues. I've purchased a few homes before, and received a checklist-type report a few pages long, no pics, no recommendations or explanations, once even after an inspector went through an entire 4,000sqft house in only an hour with my husband. Worthless. After I purchased the house, Adam actually went through the entire report with me (since it was done pre-sale for the seller), while going through the house and explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. I cannot stress enough how INCREDIBLY helpful this was, and was obviously above and beyond what he had to do. NO COMPARISON!!

Very kind, helpful and friendly. Knows his stuff and was very prompt ! Thank you very much!read more

Each project is unique, and beautiful, and she never fails to create the perfect space. Since having great success on flips I've decided to hire Tracey to stage some of my rental properties as well. I was very pleased with how beautiful they turned out and at a very fair price . In addition we received a tremendous amount of prospective tenants , much more than we would have (I'm sure) if we hadn't staged the apartment . Moving forward I will definitely be using Tracey to stage my new apartments as well ! Once again she proved herself to be a great asset to my team . I would highly reccomend Tracey!

Prior to staging we had numerous conversations discussing colors, room dimensions and style we were going for. We couldn't have asked for a better choice of furniture, accent pieces and decor to show off our home. It really did take it to the next level. Our home sold quickly with numerous offers flooding in and we truly believe staging had a large part in this. We had so many local realtors ask for her info and one was so impressed that they asked if they could use our home as the background to their promotional video. Her prices are very reasonable-you can't afford not to hire her! We plan on using Tracey on all of our future flips.

He keeps denying he backed into it blames girlfriend but he was seen doing the damage. I saw the other side of him as he lied over and over....kept having personal problems such as mother of his son smashing his cell phone, denying him to see child etc. No show, no call several times. Expected Stand with Us to be out of business. When he cleaned was very good but lack of accountability detracted from overall service. When I called him asking about the railing repair he got very hostile, swearing, denying etc and his politeness that had impressed me vanished quickly. I guess that was his true colors.
