Clean water place. They pour the water in for you and they take cash and credit. Only been there twice for a last minute purchase

It never fails that I come here during their open business hours they have a sign lit up saying they are open and the door to the establishment is locked and no sign of life inside. I have to unload my kids just to walk up and pull the door and see they falsely said open again. I drive a distance because I preferred the service here but it's not worth my penny and now my time. read more

Doesn't really make much sense to me that they don't wash their hands at all. I've been in here for about 20 minutes , I observe the lady and she's just touching money and then she goes and gets the little plastic pieces for the big jugs and touches them . I have been a customer for years. I recently bought the 3 5gal bottle rack for horizontal storage. Only to find out that after all attempts in trying to contain the leakage, it was suggested I switch over from push cap bottles to screw cap bottles at the annual bottle sale which was to commence on July 1st. I went this morning thinking I was going to buy 4 5gal bottles and was informed that the sale does not apply to the screw cap bottles and only the push cap type. I am very disappointed that even after pleading my case with the onsite manager, she was not budging an inch showing my very little interest in my customer loyalty. This is water heaven. Hands down, this water store beats any other water store. Ever. The ladies are always polite and friendly and maintain a clean store. Not very many words are exchanged except the regular greetings and goodbyes which is great for me because we've got things to do. Nahmsayin'?! I usually find parking right in front of the store so it's easy to transport all 4 of my 5 gallon refillable water bottles. So they'll rinse the inside of your bottles upside down then wash the outside and dry before filling them up. They also have alkaline water available which I haven't tried yet but will eventually. The cost is $2.25 to fill up 5 gallons. There are carts readily available to make for easier travel to your car. I won't go anywhere else to fill up. They've got it right at Wateria! read more

Been a customer here for years. The older lady who works there is always nice and welcoming. However the new worker young worker there is so rude and unaccommodating. I got there at 7:58 and walked in seconds behind a customer. She then proceeded to tell me that she will not be going to give me service because (per her verbatim) "I need to close in 2 minutes" She also said it in a very condescending tone. Like yeah then change your closing hours to 7:58 if you're gonna stop giving service at that time. Now need to find a new water station and will definitely let all my family know not to get water from here anymore. read more

Terrible customer service. The water is excellent, however the guy that served me today, Saturday, at 9 a.m., was the worst. I've never had such an awful experience at a water store. The employee inquired if I wanted alkaline water, and I clearly responded yes for both jugs. And when she goes to pour the water, she only fills one. And I tell her, oh no, I want alkaline on both, and she looks at me with an attitude, saying, "You said you wanted regular water?" I tell her, "No, I didn't." She continued telling me yes you did, and we went back and forth maybe three times, saying no I didn't and yes you did. It reached to the point where I was frustrated because I was with my sister, and even she advised her that I told her alkaline for both. Her attitude was the worst, and I had to tell her that her customer service was the worst, and that she needed to improve it. She then kicked me out of the store, which hadn't ever happened to me before. I work in customer service and know how to treat people. In general, I treat people with respect because I like to be treated with respect. I had just found this spot, and this was my third encounter. I had planned to have my water gallon served with alkaline water on a daily basis, but that has changed. I hope the manager can speak with this employees and bring this issue to their attention, or even see the video to prove to this employee that she was incorrect. read more

Great service. Super friendly. Young lady filling bottles was great. They sanitize the lid. They wash the bottle out with soap this is the best water place I've found. They even have alkaline water. It's a little expensive at two dollars per gallon. But I might try and one bottle next time. Not one of the underground type of water place. They have at least 10 locations so they act like a business. Service was friendly, professional, and quick. I love the new sanitized lid each time. This is the best water place by far. Been coming here for about 2 years, since I moved to Norwalk. I like my water and this spot definitely hits the spot. I'm particular with my water and this water is really good! The staff is friendly and nice. Store is situated in a plaza and a lot of parking but it can get busy. A 5 gallon of regular water is $2.50. Don't ask me about Alkaline water because that is out of my budget. Lol...but they have that option too. Give them a try, especially if you're a Norwalk local. read more

Ok this is my water spot... Been coming here for almost a year now... I love the taste of this water... The only reason why I didn't give this place a 5 star rating is the service... I'm a black woman that lives in Norwalk and a few of the employees are not as friendly with me as they are with other customers... It's cool I understand your you vibe with your own more than others... I get it but I don't think it's right... My husband who is black as well refuses to go there... I love the water this is the only reason I keep coming back... The younger girls seem to be more friendly then the older women... Again the water is GREAT!!! read more

I really like this place, it's always clean and they clean and fill the water bottles for you which is nice.

My mom has been coming to this location to get water for years. It seems like a really nice and clean place to get water from. I decided to come here for myself and unfortunately I received the worst customer service. She did not greet you as you walked in and that's fine maybe she was busy but she made rude comments making me feel uncomfortable. The lady was wearing light pink acrylic nails which is not sanitary as she touches the inside of the water caps and is not careful to just grab the outside of the cap. I'll make sure to find another place to get water and recommend my friends and family who would come here to go somewhere else too. read more

Okay this might sound funny but, this is the best tasting water and ice we have ever had! So crisp and clean tasting! Well worth it!

Very clean location. Open until 8 on Mondays. 2 dollars to fill a 5 gallon jug. About double the price compared to those do it urself refills. They do however clean your hugs from the inside and out before filling them. Worth the 2 bucks in my opinion! read more

Great place to get your water. They also have alkaline water for those willing to pay the extra cost. Alkaline water taste great it reminds me when I was a kid playing outside and didn't want to come inside for water and got it from the water hose. That was about 25 years ago when the regular tap water was safe to drink. I love this alkaline water, brings back memories when water was GOOD and not contaminated with god knows what. Lol read more

Nice and clean! The lady is really nice and she cleans the jugs inside and out. They have carts so you don't have to carry the jugs far on your own. Definitely worth it and close by. Rude , I got there at 7:55pm with 5 , 5 gallons to refill the lady inside seen me getting all the containers walked over to the door and lock it!! I though she was going to open the door for me , but she lock it looked at me and said she is now closed switch the open sign to close while I was at the door. Clean inexpensive water! You can tell when water is pure when you freeze it and it turns to glass, any whote cloudiness is SOMETHING inside of water that is not H2O. read more
